I did a lot of research before deciding on this fireplace. I wanted to add some character to a flat wall in our living room, and thought a bump out with an electric fireplace would be a good idea at a reasonable price. The whole thing, including fireplace, was done for about $550. First, I didn’t want any brand names on the front. This does not have that. Second, I didn’t need it for a heat source. This does have heat and it actually works pretty decently, but we have only used it to see if it works. Our sole purpose is purely for looks. Third, I wanted the option for wood log look and glass/crystals. This has both! We actually decided to keep the wood look since the flames and glow of the wood look really nice. There are a ton of color options for the “glow” on bottom and the flames on back. I built the bump out before the fireplace arrived, it took about 5 days to arrive. Framing was done in less than 1 day and the remaining pine on the outside, which I painted white and caulked, took about 2 days. The measurements someone else provided were exact! The one thing I did not account for was the plug in cord coming out the middle/top right side, so I had to notch out for that - but was a simple fix. So far, totally a 5/5 for the quality, price, and look! Hope this helps you make a decision!

The media could not be loaded. This is really stunning. I love that it has a timer for the heated fan. I also love that you could put in the gemstones and take out the wood look. It made it more glamorous. There are several different color combinations you can click on as well. It’s very calming and just beautiful in the room! It was not hard to install at all!

My experience with customer service was very pleasant, they responded quickly and very cordial, always looking to solve the problem, I give them 5 stars for that, about the fireplace (50 inch) it depends on what each person is looking for, the product is good but according to the price, if you are looking for a lot of quality it is logical that a fireplace of 600 or 700 dollars at least would be better for you, the glass and the external quality look very good, the flame as I said is good for the price, just remember that this product is sent directly by the seller and returning it is somewhat complicated if it is not because of a product failure, if you are not so picky you can go for this one if you want a quality with very deep blacks and a very strong red, maybe you should consider spending 3 or 4 times more for better quality.

This unit deserves 5 stars but I can only give it 4 because of the fan speed. It puts out a good amount of heat, but if the fan speed was greater it could distribute the heat better. Color changing flames are great, unit is nice looking. We wall mounted it in our sitting area on a small porch that has no heat. It overlooks our marina on the great lakes and is going to extend our morning coffee sessions on cool mornings in the spring and fall.

I used this for a built in at my lake cottage. It was a breeze to install and adds a great ambiance to the room. You can spend a lot more for an electric fireplace but for the cost this is a great value.
