After years of buying soft-top pop-up canopies and searching for a reasonably priced, quality hardtop gazebo, I landed on this 10'x13' polycarbonate gazebo and I could not be happier with my purchase! First off, a friend assembled it by himself and had no problem whatsoever; he was whistling throughout the whole process! Took him 5 hrs on day one and about 3 the following day - again, by himself! He put it together on the lawn so as to have enough room to spread everything out. I then rounded up a few more friends to help us lift it onto the (one step) elevated porch. Only four people were needed and it was effortless. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome! The polycarbonate roof allows enough sunlight in while blocking the harshness of the sun. I wouldn't change that decision ever! Bonus round: it doesn't leak! PA had a steady, heavy rainfall yesterday and not one drop fell inside the roof; the "cross beams" carried the water off the roof in a terrific design idea! I will, however, purchase a rain gutter to divert the runoff away from the house. (Gazebo is 2' away from the house.) Secondly, the existing reviews on customer service are most accurate; they are outstanding! Favorable, prompt responses. How refreshing! 100% satisfied! ... show more

    • Secret to Installing Roof Panels
Size: GY 10'x 12' Galvanized-horizontal
The largest roof panels are R1/Q1 and R2/Q2. They have to be overlapped and installed at the same time which is very tricky because there is nothing holding the 2 together and both sides have to be set into grooves in the frame. It will take at least 2 people. Use some packaging tape to hold them together during installation then remove it. Even after installation the top part tends to slip down and come out of the side grooves. They V parts they give you to help them stay up are a worthless fix. After installation get some 3/4" x #10 metal roofing screws and put 2 of them in the top of each R1 and R2 panel through the top piece of the frame. This is a wonderful gazebo that goes together very well except for this. They should provide a single panel instead of R1/Q1 and instead of R2/Q2. ... show more

I use this EVERYDAY, I live in New England, it’s cold in winter and this little gazebo keeps the wind and snow away while I enjoy my coffee outdoors year round. This gazebo has turned our little inflatable hot tub area into a wonderful little backyard sanctuary. It's so nice to have the option of privacy and/or mosquito curtains and to enjoy natural light from the roof! The hook on the roof is a convenient place to hang our little camp lantern. The gazebo performed well during the first thunderstorm recently; I'm curious to see how well if performs in the snow come winter or how sturdy the frame is during really severe weather, but it has been great for the summer and early autumn. ... show more

Very dissatisfied pure junk broke torn pieces. Do not recommend the top is plastic pieces there torn busted ! Very hard to put together all scratched up when you remove the wrap the tape sticks worse product ever very disappointed
