My husband and I are LOVING this book so far! We had done something similar a couple of years ago, but that journal was just a bunch of blank lines each day, so there was a little bit of pressure to come up with something to write each day. This one has daily prompts, which I thought might be kind of dumb, but have actually ended up being pretty great. The prompts are usually pretty easy to answer, though sometimes it'll be a little more involved and I have to think about it for a while before answering. We actually chat about the daily questions quite often, and I've enjoyed reading some of the answers my husband has written...things he doesn't necessarily feel comfortable saying out loud but is fine with writing down on paper.
