These units are nice looking, sit high off the floor, and have a strong flush. The units fit close to the wall, so make sure your supply valve will land outside the measurements of the back skirt. My plumber had to replace the valves to get the units (I purchased 3) set properly on the hubs. Also, the seat and lid are plastic (so, not solid) and you will have to take care to align the pins that clip into the seat and lid to get them oriented correctly on the unit. Don't tighten the screws until you have them aligned. Overall, they look and operate great.

I bought this toilet to replace the old one, and I love this one. The flushing power is strong.It’s also much quieter than my old one. The seat height is just right, and the soft-close lid is a nice bonus. My husband said installation was simple and took less than an hour. It’s easy to clean and uses very little water. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

Great crapper, standard parts for repairs. Kind of heavy and a little awkward to grab ahold of but well worth the effort and money. Easy to clean, good looking and flushes great. Had an issue with the tank lid so I contacted the seller by email and they responded by morning. I sent them a picture and my information and within a few days had a new lid. First time for me getting great customer support and service. Can't go wrong with this one.

There is no hardware included with the toilet seat. We have to sit very carefully not to slide off as we are unable to fasten down the seat. We have received no replacement parts after reaching out for support.
