This laser was delivered faster than expected and arrived in mint condition. It took me a week to make a home for it and set it up, and it's all gone flawlessly.

The media could not be loaded. Laser will not go all the way to the top of the work area. Cannot align the position of the workpiece with the grid in the software because the y-axis is approximately 100cm out of calibration. Tech support is friendly, but not able to provide any assistance.

Reviewed after 2 months use .... Quick, lift gate delivery at no extra expense. Worked as expected right out of box. Still trying to learn and adjust the mirror system to obtain max output power. Expect to clean mirrors weekly if using for more than a few hours. Exhaust system is minimal, it works, but I've hooked it up to my more powerful venting system. (Lots of smoke when cutting wood) If you are expecting to cut with this system, you should install a better air assist system. I'm cutting at 20+ PSI assist, faster, deeper, cleaner cuts.
