I don’t write bad reviews but this one was needed to be done. Too many issues to list. First laser arrived with defective laser head (would not project red preview laser). Had to be returned and after 12 days replacement unit arrived with poor packaging and damaged. Bent lift, damage to the unit and loose parts on the inside of laser unit. When contacting the support line I was told to contact support online that sent me a video in Chinese and basically stated “take a part the damaged parts and fix myself”. Also, will refund me $60 for the damage. Pretty much an insult. Again, had to return and told it would be another 12 days to get a replacement. Requested a refund at this point as I had already lost business to the delays and never got to use. Quality is SUB-PAR and packing done oversea with little care for the shipment. Find another supplier and BEWARE of what you are buying, pretty much everything including support from China.

Al principio tuve un pequeño problema con EzCad2, el punto rojo marcaba el grabado pero salia un mensaje a la detecha que decia LASER NOT READY, fui a Sistem parameters/Param, click Ports, change 'Door I0 - Input Port' to NULL. Y listo ya deberia de funcionar👍🏼

Update: the seller responded to my request for the rotary and it was shipped and arrived a few days later. They also helped me to straighten out the frequency issue I mentioned below so the unit is now functioning well after a few hiccups. I've changed my rating to four stars. Original review: Unit arrived without any damage to packaging but there was some cosmetic damage to the unit. Was also shipped without the rotary which is very important to the work I have to do. The laser can only operate 30khz-60khz frequency and NOT to 100khz as the description says. Disappointed so far. I'll update later if the issue has been resolved.

when trying to do just a simple shape to test out laser the laser will "red" button will work fine and outline the square but the "mark" will not work. There is a red light that say not ready on the bottom. OK, so I Googled and someone on another forum figured it out, go into System Parameters/Param, click Ports, change 'Door IO - Input Port' to NULL. Button should now show READY and will work
