🛑 ComMarker Omni 1 – BEWARE of the Lack of Support 🛑

I’ve only had the Omni 1 for 4 months, and the entire laser head failed. What’s worse is the lack of customer support — no phone number to call, no real-time help, just slow and frustrating email responses that goes nowhere fast. I had to chase them repeatedly for basic things like a return label that I am still waiting for. If you're considering this machine for anything beyond hobby use, think twice. When things go wrong and they can, you’ll be stuck without real help and your business on hold.
