Update: The company contacted me and wanted to address my concerns. They were incredibly helpful and were more than happy to address my concerns. They even sent me out a replacement, which was incredibly kind because I was not looking for a replacement. The blender when turned on does keep the pitcher firm against the base and if you happen to tip the pitcher, the sensor on it stops the machine immediately. I was impressed with the response of it as it prevented the gears being stripped. That was a well thought out solution. For the price point, it is hard to beat this blender. We have a Vitamix (on our 2nd one) and we’ve owned 2 Ninjas. Purchased this one to compare between the two blenders. Likes: Base is well made, switches all have a solid feel to them, performance is better than any of Ninjas we’ve owned. Dislikes: the overall design and material of the pitcher and the metal blade are the reason I gave this 3 stars. The pitcher is made of thinner material similar to the Ninja, which breaks if it slips out of your hand while cleaning it. The metal blade is a not manufactured as cleanly as the Vitamix or the Ninja. The biggest problem and quite unnerving is how loose the pitcher sits in the blender. It is not stable. I recommend holding it on while running it. Maybe mine is a manufacturer flaw, but it’s definitely a major draw back and I had thought about marking it as a two star item. Happy to revisit this review later if the manufacturer addresses the issue.

The blender is great quality for the price. Ive been using it for over a week now everyday. It operates very similarly to a much more costly blender both in power of the motor and the toggle switches. I'm quite pleased with its power because it makes very smooth products. The smoothies have been great. The only thing that could be a con would be the blender pitcher is not glass but plastic, albeit quite sturdy plastic from what I've experienced. I would honestly buy this blender again if I needed to.

I love that it doesn’t rust at the bottom. I use it just about everyday. It does a great job way better than the oster blender that exploded on me. I was a little iffy because it’s plastic and not glass but it performs so well and is easy to clean that I got over that quickly.

Thoughtfully designed with a solid but light feel, continuous speed adjustment, quieter than I expected, lovely color. Easy to clean with a hollow handle you can put a brush through. Fun and easy to use! They really hit all the squares as far as I'm concerned. And for the price, $79 with $10 discount and it arrived in a few short days, unbelievable. I rarely leave reviews but these folks deserve it. Get yourself one!

It's a beast. The controls are simple, but still allow you to dial in the perfect blend. Making smoothies is what mine has been doing for the last few weeks and it is great at it. It laughs at all the frozen chunks I give it. Quality seems good so far. It does seem lie a budget friendly vitamix. I wonder if I can use vitamix accessories.......hmm
