  • Fits nicely on 1961 6cc Brazilian Jeep
For those who have a 6 cilynder brazilian Jeep from willys (1958/1973), it fits nicely Remark (this thing in its neck, where the air filter comes, is a metal insert, a ring, that you can get it off just pulling it up Jeep is running well, no need to change jiglets etc, and connectors are in the right position This is important to Brazilian buyers, because CJ jeeps in US are not completely the same as in ohter part of the world Its the same you can buy here like in Jipebras And there is another model for 1951 Jeep (4cc) ... show more

  • Runs like a top!!
I put it on a flat head DJ3-A. Had to modify the throttle linkage to work (I figured this when I bought it, it’s kinda an odd ball set up) I had an electric fuel pump, and a pressure regulator. It fired right up and idled. All I could do is laugh out of disbelief!! I was amazed on how it ran. It still fires right up with full choke. I let the engine warm up a bit. It will idle at 400 rpm. It’s hard to tell the Jeep is running. It has good throttle response. And it runs like a top. Very impressed!! ... show more

installed in 5 minutes....ran with out any real adjustments. I did have to adjust the idle speed to where I thought it idled best. But that was the last time I even had to touch it! The "choke" is different...its not a old school choke. But, it has worked flawlessly. Bolts on exactly as the old Carter. Nice. ... show more

  • 1964 cj5
runs well right from installation, i did not have to make any adjustments. Started right up with it being -10 deg out last week.

  • Easy install and setup easy
Installed in a half hour on a 1960 CJ5 with the f head. This is the 1st carborator I ever installed and it was really straight forward. It started right up in 30 degree outside temperature. Two adjustments had to be made one was the idle screw and the other was a bracket was in the way of the throttle linkage just a minor bend in the bracket. ... show more

  • Perfect replacement for F-134 motors.
1953 Willys F-134 (M38A1 that was civilianized so basically a 1955 CJ-5). My carb had a bad/broken ear on it, thus non-rebuildable. Ordered this one, Installed perfectly and adjusted. Fired right up. As an FYI, I measured out and ordered a K&N RC-0920 High Performance Universal Air Cleaner, it fits perfectly under a CJ-5 hood to replace the Oil Bath https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00062YO6S/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1 ... show more
