Customer support was A-1, and after some tweaks this is a BEAST!
Style: RTX 2080Ti
Only one complaint - The RAM installed was not correct, I called the seller and they sent the correct ram to my door within 2 days. Once the software was updated and a few tweaks were made this machine FLEW through everything I threw at it. It is not loud at all, and the cooling system works fantastically. Use the NVIDIA GPU auto-optimization to boost the card and cooling, and you are set for moderate to high-end gaming! Battlefield 1 on high with everything on has 0 lag and smooth frames. No bloatware, no other issues other than some Nvidia updates, and a few manual files added for the NVIDIA optimization process. There is NO WAY you could build this machine for this price.

This thing rocks BUT DOWNLOAD AN AFTERMARKET FAN CONTROLLER
Style: RTX 2080Ti
9900k with the 2080ti. Crushes everything I throw at it and wasnt full of crappy bloatware. That's a win in my book. HOWEVER - the GPU runs hot if you do not download an aftermarket fan controller. As another reviewer mentioned, HP only has the cooling fan set to run at 40% under load, which isn't nearly enough. I used EVGAs precision tuner and set a more aggressive cooling curve. No issues.

Good System but not so stellar support
Style: RTX 2080Ti
The system was decently priced, with good internals and a full compliment of software. it's plenty fast for its intended purpose and expandable enough to keep it relevant for years to come. However, it suffers for one flaw that its kind of important for a system of this price: The HP-built in recovery solution doesn't work with this system. Yes, you heard it right. HP Cloud Recovery Tool lists this fairly new system as unsupported (I asked HP and they sent me an USB with recovery software that did not work either). This is a big deal if you need to wipe your system for whatever reason and an even bigger deal if you are technically un-savvy. Thank God the built in windows 10 recovery solution works, but this an egregious oversight for a system in this price bracket.

It's a borderline scam
Style: RTX 2080Ti
Terrible cooling, cramp case, and cheap parts. Don't buy.
Reviewed in the United States on September 7, 2023 by Colling is atrocious less than 2 years in had to replace most of the parts just to keep the thing running, case is cramp with no room for upgrades and all in all is an overpriced scam.
Great bang for the buck!
Style: RTX 2080Ti
Has all the current latest-greatest hardware, plays everything on highest settings, blazing fast. I've got Skyrim SE with over 200 mods cranking away at 120fps without breaking a sweat! As it comes, great value; I added another 16gb of RAM and a couple 3Tb harddrives for extra storage (had 'em all laying around anyway.) The vid card is running a 35" 144Hz and a 28" @ 60Hz and the system's temp has yet to break 90°F. Pretty slick! Financed through Amazon with a 24mo no-interest deal; hard to beat that!

Serious thermal problems out of the box
Style: RTX 2080Ti
I had read several other reviews stating that there were thermal issues with this system, but decided to try my luck since my old system bit it unexpectedly and this one was available immediately. I had hoped that the reviews were from people running AAA games in full 4k in a hot room. Turns out that is not the case. I keep my office at 68 degrees. This system has no intake fans and only two exhaust fans. So not only are the fans working against each other, but there is nothing helping pull cool air in. Additionally, the only intake area is on the bottom of the case, which has less than an inch of clearance above the ground, so the airflow into the case is absolute garbage. Mine sits on a hardwood floor and has issues, I can't imagine if the only place I had to put it was on some sort of carpeting. Currently, I've got this system sitting on a couple 2x4's to give it a little more ground clearance and air flow, while I wait on a CPU stand to arrive. Additionally, HP markets this as being a very quiet rig. While that is certainly true, the reason for that is because the fan curve is set to be unbelievably passive. Out of the box the system will let the GPU ramp to almost 80C before really turning the blower on. That's hot enough that the system has already started throttling performance back, and many games will have already crashed out. Day 1 with this thing, I had it overheat and crash 3 times. Thankfully, simple fan control software like the EVGA Precision X1 can adjust this to more aggressively ramp the fan up before the system overheats, but then of course, you lose the "silent" aspect that HP advertises. At idle, the system sits between 30-40C with default settings. Launching even a 10-year-old game will kick that into the 50s almost immediately, and it will steadily climb into the 70s until the blower kicks in full force. With the adjustments I described above I'm able to keep it at around 50C with old games. New AAA games will still take it to the high 60s. I'm considering returning it if the problems persist, but have not quite reached that point yet. The plus side is that if you can keep the temps under control, this thing can handle anything you throw at it. That's about the only reason I have not yet returned it. EDIT: I just sent this back. It continued crashing due to thermal problems within an hour or two of launching any game. It also developed a horizontal line on the left side of the screen when the GPU is engaged. I’m not lowering this to a one star review on the off chance that I just received a broken system. The seller wants to charge a 15% ($400) restocking fee, despite this product being virtually unusable for its stated purpose. Really frustrating.
