This computer makes a bit of noise as it runs through the day. It’s not overly loud but not as quiet as I’d like. The graphics are good for my gaming style and works great with my external hard drives. Overall a great buy, not top of the line, but does exactly what I need.

Relatively quiet in terms of noise level, at least for a computer. Fans still makes some noise of course. Never used the tech support so I can't honestly say if it's of any use. As for gaming, I've been able to run Beam.NG drive in FHD at well over 60fps. Haven't actually measured the fuse, but no lag or stutter when driving very fast on the most intensive maps. Good looking computer, appears to be and feels well built, and this particular set up is pretty solid for the price. Only thing I changed is I added another 8gb stick of RAM, same kind and spec that's already in the computer. Computer arrived on time and unharmed.     • This thing really delivers!
It got here early which is always great. The computer runs almost silently, runs very fast, I can have games on their highest settings, which was something I couldn't do on my 1050 laptop. Oh, and I can't forget that the see through casing with the LED light showing me everything is pretty neat. Only downsides are the 8GB of ram and the 500gb SSD. Came from a cybertron that was so loud it bothered other people. I can barely hear this computer at me feet. you get five stars for that alone. everything else is working great 3 days in I'm very happy. games so far wow and Overwatch both run very well. My 1st gaming comp; it's freaking amazing. Graphics are far beyond what I had before. Worked without a burp out of the box up to now, 5 weeks later. It could run cooler; I've read about these running too hot especially with the Ryzen cpu's - but I use MSI afterburner to ramp up fan speeds and temps are fine with the i5. Liquid cooling would be great but would bump the price. I couldn't be happier with this, and am having so much fum gaming it's ridiculous. *EDIT: This comp still works great 9 months later and I'm still happy. I write this just to say I bought mine for $899, 9 months ago, and now it's $1,290! Crazy. ... show more

    • Had issues, great help.
I had issues with one of these machines but in all likeliness it turned out to be from a Microsoft update, we never found out because there was a replacement within 36 hours. As usual customer service was amazing and helped me right out with no problems.
