Small, easy to use, almost pocketable (in a jacket pocket it is), and what a great value! It's a versatile camera for the beginner, with menus that help you learn photography on the camera! Scene modes, Art modes, AP (advanced photography modes), it's all there, it even stitches panoramas together for you in-camera. This has all the advantages of a point and shoot, in a seriously nice and ergonomic retro body look, with interchangeable lenses. And there are soooo many Olympus/OM System lenses to choose from (most are small and very manageable) Behind all the ease-of-use menus and features, there is also the full set of manual settings for the amateur photographer. Great for selfies but also more serious work. You can definitely grow with this camera. I guess that is why this is Taylor Swift's favorite camera (not kidding look it up), she goes with it everywhere. Love this when I run out and want to bring my smallest easiest to carry "kit", that will always give me pics that are so much better than my iPhone 15 Pro.

I absolutely love everything about this camera. For me, it’s my go-to travel camera. It’s the perfect size and not too heavy at all. The quality of every photo is amazing. I’m still practicing, but even as a beginner, I would definitely recommend this camera as a first one. Just look at the photos I’ve taken and you can already tell whether it’s the right fit for you. I took this camera with me on my trips to Switzerland and Sweden, and it was the perfect travel companion.

Camera is great at almost everything it dose, what it lacks is connective ability that previous models have, you can't currently use it as a webcam or use a laptop or tv as a giant view finder and control device. The only connectivity you have is using your cellphone through an Olympus app with limited functionality. I wanted something more modern to compliment today's age of seamless cross platform usage & the camera is just lacking in that aspect, you have wifi & bluetooth connectivity but its limited. It's difficult to take full advantage of the 180 flip down screen without a sufficient tripod that won't block the screen, it requires some serious creativity. If I could return the camera and buy the OMD E5 Mark iii I would go for it because this camera is limited to just snapping photos and video

Beautiful Camer! Just what I was looking for. I wanted a small compact style camera that I could carry around with me and be able change out the lens for different photos. Plus the pop up flash if really nice to have as well. I love this camera. Just the right size and even with larger hands, it feels great and I have no problems handling it and all the buttons and dials. Really, the only thing I was worried about was loosing the tiny lens cap from the kit lens it came with (it is very small) and damaging or scratching the screen as this one you can not invert or close to protect it. I helped fix that worry with a screen protector from Mr Shield. The lens screws on kinda tightly and it feels like you are forcing it, but you're not. Just line up the red dots and turn slowly until you hear a click and the red dot is centered on the top. Overall very pleased and happy with the camera. This camera does a lot of the things that some of the larger more expensive cameras can do.
