One bolt out of the 16 for the wheel assemblies never seems to hold and comes loose. That said, it still does the job. I still use it to move heavy boxes that get delivered to me, such as groceries. Wonderful product. So, so easy to move and turn. One star off because handle is really low. I am 5'3" and even I had to bend to push cart. Was worth it tho as I had real trouble turning our bigger cart. Recommend if you are ok with bending, are shorter or it you want the kids to help out. This is a sturdy, easy to maneuver hand truck great for hauling smaller items. The best part was how easy it was to put together. I never write reviews but always read reviews. The assemby was easy. However, about 2 or 3 of the screws came without threads. Which is just annoying. The plastic protective piece around the sharp edge on the outside of unit just broke. Like 30 mins after it was assembled. it was just sitting, not even in use yet. It was a 50 dollar cart which i assume is WAY less than better ones, but this one is pretty pathetic. ... show more

This is a lot smaller than I expected and the wheels keep falling off. A few people I work with bought this cart and everyone has the same issues with the screws falling out and wheels falling off. Spend a little more for a reliable, sturdy cart.
