I’m not sure I’ve gotten to the full 250 pounds of the capabilities of this dolly but everything that I have used it for it has been up to the task. I needed a high capacity, compact and folding dolly to take with me in my hatchback when watering trees with 5-gallon water jugs. No way would the standard size steel dolly have done the job. Like the way it folds into a compact size, easily fitting in my car. Well made, very sturdy at the lifting area. At the job site easy to set up and move heavy items. Very easy moving the heavy water jugs from my car, down the sidewalk to the trees. Also works well moving heavy bags of garden sand, other items. Works for me! ... show more

Easy to use, sturdy, folds easy. My only complaint is that the wheels are smooth, so no traction on stairs. The price-point was excellent. Would recommend to friends.

    • Wheel bearing broke within one week/poor customer care
One if the wheel bearings broke within one week of normal use. I contacted the company who seemed to be responsive and said they would refund (because they no longer make that product, even though it had only been a week since ordering) which would have rectified the situation. However I have not received the money and it has been a month and the customer service representative is no longer responding. Seems like I'm out the money for a crap product. UPDATE I have received my refund about 2 months later. I am happy about this. ... show more

I had to move by myself and I had a heavy wooden TV stand that I couldn't lift by hand. It was really easy to move with this handy tool. It's sturdy, and while I wish the wheels were a little bigger, the frame a teeny bit wider and the handles a teeny bit higher, overall I found it effective for moving around small furniture yourself. Excellent product, is much tougher than the simpler version, holds much more weight and is also a little heavier keep that in mind. But overall the product shows to be a tough product for daily jobs. Pretty satisfied with this purchase!

Super easy to fold and packs down nicely. The only complaint is that it's a little short, I wish it could extend another foot or so. Can barely hold 3 small heavy duty Home Depot boxes, but it works. Might not be the best option for taller people.
