Excellent folding cart. Pack-N-Roll wheels unfold and retract easily and automatically - just don't be leaning it the wrong way when you try to open or close it. Like some other comments, I don't know if it will handle the advertised 150 pounds - the folding wheel and axle mechanism does feel rather flimsy to handle that kind of weight - BUT, until I actually try to move something that heavy, I will withhold judgment. Think about it - having the cart be able to HOLD that much weight is one thing - then being able to MOVE it easily is quite another thing. If I ever do try to move 150 pounds with this cart, I will do an addendum to this review (don't hold your breath!). On a "lighter" note, the bungee cord which came with it is more of a joke than being really useful; however, the two "bungee knobs" built into the handle are very useful - this is the first cart I have ever bought (some smaller, some larger) which had a means of helping keep sliding bungee cords under control in addition to also providing a secure place to hook them up high. The Pack-N-Roll moves easily with a reasonable load, and goes up and down over 2 or 3 steps to get in and out of my studio, but I would agree with other reviewers that longer flights of stairs would not work well, due to the small wheels and the short handle. However, these two features help make it what it is - compact, lightweight, tough and portable. Speaking of the handle - yes, it is short (compared with a refrigerator wheelie), but for something compact, lightweight, tough and portable, it is just about right, it releases with one hand, and latches securely. Sure, it would be nice if it were a little longer, but then we might be complaining that it was too long to hide behind the rumble seat, behind the china cabinet, under the mini-van floor, or wherever else we want to keep it. If you want to move a refrigerator, get a refrigerator wheelie – for those numerous other occasions, this Pack-N-Roll is a good, useful cart which doesn’t break the bank and should last for years of occasional or even daily use while easily hiding out of sight when it isn’t needed.     • Looks awesome but poor packaging allowed it to arrive broken.

Arrived today. Box was in tact. But their packaging was not adequate to allow it to arrive safely. Box is light cardboard and only taped. No foam padding used inside. The bottom edge of the lift point was bent up on one side and the weld was fractured. So o repackaged it best I could and am sending it back. It looks like a great unit. But if they cannot get it to me unbroken then what good is it. I may try to contact them and explain problem then reorder. Update. I contacted the manufacturer. They said Amazon boxes the items to go out to customers, it them. So that’s why it arrived broken. Amazon didn’t pack it right. They said they have heard this problem from others purchasing from Amazon. I looked it up on Home Depot. $56 cheaper and I used ship to store. It arrived to the store in perfect shape. Hopefully I just got unlucky with whoever packaged mine. Other reviews are high. I raised my review to 5 stars because the product is excellent. Wide wheels. Strong. Everything about this hand truck is good, strong, easy to extend and open, good leverage, great bottom plate. Only problem is the cheap wheels, they do not roll freely, way too much resistance to rolling, feels like someone is putting on the brakes when you try to push it. This Dollie is as reliable and durable as any big solid ugly bulk iron hunk a junk and it’s foot base is three times bigger/wider than what you’re used too. It is collapsible and fits in my cabinet installation van behind my table saw, taking up much less room than an actual dollie would. It’s wonderful to not take up space but still have the option of using a hand truck Dollie. I moved my entire house with this(and my garage is filled with heavy tools and lumber) and use it onsite at times to position cabinets, shuffle things around or drag stuff up stairs. I am trying to contact the seller and I hope that I just received a defective handtruck, and that the seller will make it right. The worst problem of many is that the bottom plate that needs to fit under appliances strongly and securely is terribly bent and not able to hold a lot of weight safely do the severe bend upward on one side. You can't even get the bottom plate under a dryer for example without lifting the dryer first to manage to fit the bend under the appliance. With the unsafe bend, the weight of a refrigerator on an uneven surface for example could topple over to the side and hurt someone. That's not to mention all the peeling paint, chips, and weak spot welds. They should be full length spot welds and they are very short and I think they could break under a 600-800lb load which this handtruck is supposed to be rated for. ... show more

    • Lousy sewing on strap … broke on second use

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled here. The sewing on the straps is pretty pitiful. They should take the time to sew criss-cross, with multiple rows and with an overlap of at least one inch. It isn’t rocket science, and there is no need to skimp on proper sewing and strong thread. One of my straps sewing just completely ripped on the second use when tightening via the rotating armature. Sew them like a seatbelt, then they’d be good. I’ll have to invest in some ratchet straps to replace these. The cart itself is first-rate and sturdy otherwise. ... show more
