Bought in Nov. 10, 2023 for $ 850.00, installed Dec. 18, 2023 & went out Nov. 4, 2024. I mailed in the warranty in Jan. 2024. The mother board burnt up. They are sending me a new mother board. But, I had to pay the labor for the certified technician to check the unit & I have to pay him to come back to put in the mother board when it arrives. What really sucks is that I had just bought the same system in Oct. 2024 & my window to return the unit expired from Amazon on Nov. 7, 2024. So, now I am stuck with another OLMO Mini Split System that will more than likely go out in a year or less. I was told by the HVAC technician that I should have bought Cooper Hunter, Carrier or Pioneer. Moral of the story is you get what you pay for..... ... show more
