I dont understand the reviews saying this is hard to put together, or that you need 2 people. It took me start to finish about 45 minutes to put it together solo using the little tool that they give you. Dont over tighten the screws. With that said, this thing is 80 bucks, you get what you pay for, which is a good solid bed frame that will hold up a mattress and a normal size person. For you college kids that thinks this would be a good starter bed, now that you are away from home, you are correct. However, do not bring home any big girls or big dudes and try to stress test it. You might wind up in the floor mounted to a whale surrounded by bent metal and regret. Normal size guy or gal, should be ok. ... show more

This bed frame was not easy to put together! Once it was put up and the mattress was on it, laid down and it fell right through to the floor! Poorly made product, very flimsy! I'm disappointed in this purchase as it was for my special needs brother and he doesn't understand why his new bed broke!
