Initially there was a problem with control panel in front where it would not light up although the remote would work. After talking with support with pictures of what to look for inside the unit, it was discovered the cable was not plugged into panel during construction. Plugged back in and now have lighted controls working. Customer service did a great job responding back to the problem. Very frustrated. The description stated 5 setting between 65 and 95 degrees. There is absolutely no way to set a temp. There's just blows warm or blows hot on settings. Completely useless for what I needed. Don't recommend
