I love the product. It is absolutely beautiful. But I had two issues with it initially. Adjusting the band was a bear, trying to get the pins out was really hard and I am pretty strong. I finally got it done and that part is now fine. The directions for setting the watch are abysmal. I got the time and day of the week set, but gave up on setting the date. The watch was so good it came on time. It came with the sizing kit and instructions, which I really love I got to size it cause it was just a little bit too big but other than that it’s amazing it hasn’t malfunctioned well one bit I haven’t had to get get it fixed or anything. This watch has a stunning appearance. The crystal is beveled and has a very distinctive appearance. The links were easy to remove with tool provided. I have a small wrist and removed 5. The watch fits perfectly. The question now is how long will it look like this. Unknown, since I just received it.
