OLEVS makes some fantastic looking pieces for unbelievably reasonable prices, and this model is no exception. The band is genuine leather which is nice and the watch itself looks complex and refined. As with all the OLEVS chronographs I've tested this one doesn't work properly as far as the push button timer goes. It does count accurate seconds, but it doesn't reset to zero and actually resets to a different random position every time. However, I do look past that relatively easily because that's a function I literally never use. The timekeeping on the other hand is incredibly accurate and there's no problem at all with the date function. For about $50 this is an incredibly beautiful looking watch that does a great job with the basic function of keeping accurate time. For the bargain price point I would recommend this as a great buy despite the shortcomings of the chronograph function. ... show more

I own 17 OLEVS watches. I was thrilled when i saw the watch being offered. I can say I'm very disappointed with what was delivered. Very other OLEVS watch shown looks identical to the photo shown. But this is not the same, the wood grain is a lot lighter and looks fake, or at least cheap. It doesn't match the inside case wood grain color, which should be a dark walnut. The color i got was more orange, I must have got an off lot. I have no doubt the functionality is as good as my other OLEVS watches but the look is what people complement on. At this time I'm not going to wear this watch or adjust the band to fit my arm. Maybe I can find another band with a similar color profile to the case face. Current value is just ok, maybe you would get a better lot than I got. Unfortunately this is not able to be returned. Please, don't let this one issue stop you from getting OLEVS watches, these are my most complemented watches I own, and my go to out of the 24 watches in my collection. ... show more

I have a ton of watches made by this company and they hardly ever disappoint. They make some of the coolest watches for such an insanely low price. This one is no different as far as quality but the design and materials are much different than any other watch I've ever owned. It still functions all the same but obviously the wood grain panels in the bracelet and face are where the differences are. I really love the contrast of the glossy black and almost reddish colored wood grain inlays. It easily looks like a $300+ watch but actually only costs a small fraction of that. It does however have a slightly cheap feel to it just like most other comparable watches I own but I can't complain about that due to the super low cost ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this watch. I picked it up for a special friend. It has a sleek, luxury look with a polished stainless steel band and a clean chronograph design that easily passes for a much more expensive timepiece. The quartz movement keeps accurate time, and the watch feels solid and well-made without being overly heavy. We also appreciate that it's waterproof, so we don't have to worry about wearing it while washing his hands or getting caught in the rain. The glow- in- the- dark number markings are not too visible like shown in the listing. The sandlewood inlays add a very luxurious touch. The clasp is secure, the band is comfortable for all-day wear, and the face is easy to read. He had to remove a couple of links for a customized fit. But that was very easy to do with the included link removal tool. He has received several compliments on it already.
