After posting our review, the company reached out and sent us a replacement light strip and six brackets that fitted to the frame that kept the box spring from moving. My daughter confirmed these brackets were not in the original box. The brackets were a quick install and with the box spring in place, everything fit perfectly. Moved on to the strip lights. Now, my daughter has had this setup about three or so months and my thoughts were the strip light had a break near where it connects to power. I couldn't find any breaks but before replacing it, I thought I would check the remote. No damage, but I had this same remote for strip lights under my computer desk so decided to give it try. Lights worked, so easy to see we just needed to replace the battery. Had one (2025) and she was back in business. We plan to attach some photos (as soon as she cleans the rest of her bedroom). Can't say enough about the company first reading reviews and second providing replacement items. Purchased for our daughter who was redoing her bedroom. The assembly (she did it solo) went well and the first day the lights worked great, however, the next evening the lights wouldn't work. Obviously, it's too late to take the bed apart and return it to Amazon. Very disappointing as our daughter also bought the matching dresser and those lights still work perfectly. Another issue is there are no STAYS on the bed frame from keeping the mattress from moving off the frame. With the mattress and light issue, no way we can recommend this bed. ... show more

The bed frame itself is excellent. It is sturdy, attractive, and gives the floating-bed look I wanted. Assembly was straightforward, and the finished frame feels solid. The included LED strip, however, is another story. The 3M adhesive backing is barely sticky and would not stay attached to the underside of the bed. The seller also included about 20 tiny zip ties, which makes me suspect they already knew the tape would not hold. The LEDs are also rather dim. They provide a faint glow, but not the strong floating effect shown in the product photos. The remote almost works. When I press the white button, the lights turn red. Other buttons also seem confused about their assigned duties. This could be caused by the weak battery supplied with the remote, but either way, the lighting kit feels like an afterthought. I still recommend the bed frame itself. Just plan on replacing the included LED strip with a brighter, better-quality kit and using proper mounting clips or stronger adhesive. ... show more

The frame itself is great and assembles easily and does not rattle. When this was completed it gives the desired effect and is an amazing product. However here are the problems that you will need to fix if you want to buy this. Issues: the LED lights do not fit the bed and are going to be almost 3 ft short. If you lay the bed out upside down and figure where you want the dead space to be, such as in your corner, it will be fine. If you are wanting to put the bed without a side against the wall I would calculate for the dead space to be at the head of the bed against the wall. You will need to lay everything out including the wiring harness before you attach everything and also figure out where you're going to hang the power box. We had to buy a 3 foot power cord to get our power supply where it needed to be from the wall. The adhesive on the LED lights is awful. When the bed is upside down and you are putting it on it seems like it will stay but as soon as you flip it over it will start coming off. They provide some zip ties but you need at least double the amount if not more. Another issue we had is the frame is bigger than the full size mattress we have. Since my son was putting it against his wall we filled the gap with foam pool noodle. To get this product to work the way we wanted and look the way we wanted we spent an additional $20 on zip ties, power cord, and a pool noodle. If you're willing to work with this it will come out fine but you need to know that as is it is not a five-star product. If your mechanically inclined a little bit, the instructions are very clear. Takes a little bit over an hour to put together. This is the finish product on how it looks. I was hoping that it would be a little bit taller, but still, I think it'll be fine.

Goes together fairly easy. In order to come in a shippable package there are lots of pieces and lots of folding parts. The side outlet/USB hub is nice. The strip LEDs were smashed by the packaging and the 3M backing wouldnt stick to the frame. The clips under the frame for the light tape snag items when you put something under the bed. We just removed them and will use the lights on our camper. Certainly a good value. ... show more
