This bed came vacuum packed, of course, and when opened it sprang back to life in almost no time at all. It was fully inflated after about 3 hours. My mom slept on it the night we opened it and slept soundly.

Absolutely love this bed. And I don’t even have a box spring underneath it! I have had this bed for a couple months is it’s very comfortable. It’s almost unbelievable that it’s even a bed. And it’s true, you don’t need a box spring. Just this mattress alone will do. It doesn’t sink.

Great packaging! Box wasn’t flimsy which made it easier to drag up to my apartment on the 3rd floor. Now, with the mattress being memory foam, I didn't think it would be as firm as it is. I've tried to break it in for a few weeks before writing a review but it's still firm for me. Now. It does have some plush to it, it's just not as much as I thought there be. Update: The mattress got softer after about 2 months give or take. However, I lowered my rating because the mattress is noticeably getting soft spots from where I usually sleep and sit . I bought this back in August, maybe September, and it’s already uneven. Was it worth $200? Yes. Should this be bought with intent to be used for a few years? No. Not in my opinion. If you need a comfy mattress ASAP, and will be able to buy a new one in about a year, if that, then this would be the way to go. ... show more

After 48 hours of expanding, the mattress still looks like this. One area of the mattress is sinking and it appears to us that the foam itself is broken while packaged. Terrible experience for an almost $200 mattress..
