I ordered a total of 4 rugs, including 2 runners. All arrived ahead of schedule, match perfectly, and are lovely. I thought only one of the runners was delivered, but they were packaged together. The rugs are extremely well packaged, which is why I didn't realize at first that the 2 runners were together. subtle colors and thickness are good. I haven't had it long. It is shedding like other tufted rugs I have bought. The shedding is temporary as far as I remember and regular vaccuming takes care of the problem

I bought a 8x10 version of this rug from Pottery Barn. I have had it a year, and tried to clean it many times the stains would come out. It is mostly from my dog just laying on the carpet. I bought a runner 6 months ago. It's not in a heavy traffic area. Its ok. I love the pattern on the carpet, I am really disappointed I can't get it clean. Up date. I paid for professional cleaning. They can't get the spot out. Its dirt. They are charging me for cleaning even though the spots are still there. This rug must have been defective. How could a wool rug wear out in a year and half with one female person living in a house. I AM TOTALLY Disgusted. Will never buy anything from pottery barn again. ... show more

This rug arrived so fast I was really surprised in fact I didn’t realize it was coming from India. It was less than a week. I actually looked at the same rug at Pottery Barn and it was discontinued but they had a few left but the one left had a pretty obvious imperfection. This is the exact same rug it’s just beautiful it’s thick it’s laying down perfectly I don’t think I even need a rug pad but I will get one. My rug has minimal shedding -to be expected. The quality is outstanding. I couldn’t be more pleased and I’ll probably buy another rug from these people. It is safe green but neutral and versatile. Ty to the seller you are great. I love it.
