    • Finally got my desk back against the wall. Does exactly what it says.

Bought this for my home office because my desk is pushed against the wall and the standard power strip plug stuck out far enough that the desk kept getting pushed away from the wall. Not a huge deal but it drove me crazy for months. This solved it completely. The flat plug sits totally flush, the desk is back where I want it, and the cover plate over the outlet actually makes the whole thing look cleaner than before. A few things worth knowing before you buy: the 3ft cord is genuinely short, so measure your setup first. Mine just barely reached but it was fine. Also the strip itself is pretty lightweight, which initially made me nervous, but it has held up fine and the surge protection indicator light gives me confidence my PC and monitors are covered. Six outlets has been plenty for my setup (monitor, PC tower, lamp, speaker, phone charger, and one spare). My only real gripe is the packaging felt pretty cheap and one of the outlet slots was a little stiff at first. Loosened up after a few uses though. For the price this thing genuinely does what it promises, which is more than I can say for a lot of stuff in this category. ... show more
