I usually wait at least 30 days before writing reviews. But I was SO impressed with these, and given the current shopping season, I wanted to put my vote out while folks are searching. I read all the negative reviews before purchase. I have not experience any of their issues at all. I did buy OWS 2 + Charging case and not Pro due to all the dissatisfaction reported on the Pro. VERY comfortable! I'm a big person, so did end up using the fit tips for better stability. I forget I have these on! I can barely feel them! Excellent sound, music, and conversational quality. I listen to music, podcasts, eBook reading, company conference calls, and watch videos. I never experience the 'delay' mentioned in the negative reviews. The BT3, multipoint was a major purchase decision, and a major plus for these. It works perfect between my phone and work computer. I wear glasses and can put them on / off with ease and there is zero discomfort when wearing them. I definitely give these a double thumbs up! ... show more

I had v1's and have almost been nothing but happy, the fit, wear literally all day and don't hurt, good sound, etc.. However, some points. - Good v2 has Multi-Point finally but an issue I've noticed is that for example when connected to my Tablet, and its Screen turns off, the Multipoint shuts off for a few seconds and then the Music I was listening to on my phone starts again. So, I don't know why it's doing that, your listening shouldn't be interrupted no matter what happens with the second device. - A problem with v1 that v2 will likely have similar with is the "Glue" on v1's was weak and caused the Metal Grills to "fall off" after literally 2 MONTHS of use. Now, maybe they improved the Glue on the v2's, I don't know, but they actually need to "redesign" this part. The Metal Grill should actually be a "Rubber Insert" that can removed with tweezers to clean the holes in case they ever get clogged etc. So, this is a "design flaw" with these... - Also, I don't know if this happened with the v1's, but using these in the "default" setting the "frequency" these were set to actually cause my ears to "hurt". Only when I increased the BASE did they feel fine, which I think I also set with the v1's but need to double check that. Otherwise, these have been the best.... ... show more

These have become my favorite "wearable stereo" and I have alot of ear buds! These are like my 5th pair. I like these because my ears are open and they have surprisingly good audio for open ear. They are surprisingly very comfortable considering the weird configuration. They stay on with no issues. I like these because I work with my hands and get really annoyed taking in ear ear buds in and out all day. Transparency mode works good on in ear ear buds but not good enough to not have to take them out. These also dont vibrate like bone conduction head phones. After wearing bone conduction for about a year I just could not take the vibrating. In conclusion these are my favorite and on my ears like 8 hours a day with no issues. ... show more

Yeah, I absolutely LOVE the ear phone design. They clip on very security and never seem to accidentally fall off but there's no discomfort or pressure at all. They are a bit bulky but that's basically a requirement given the battery life needed and the volume available. They don't get super loud, but more than enough for all but the noisiest environments. And they are open ear, which means they're designed to let you still hear conversations and the environment when you need to. So I can use them at work and still talk to customers. The only real issue I have is that they simply won't charge back to 100% ever. I've had it plugged in for 30 hours and after that it had one ear at 96% and the other at 50%. The charging case only has the one light on it, which isn't helpful at all and it shuts off after a while anyway. When the light goes off you can't tell if it's still charging or if it has mistakenly stopped. And there's no indicator for when it's finished charging or what percentage is up to. The next buds I buy will definitely have that because it's annoying as F#@ to charge them overnight and then find out they aren't charged after all. ... show more
