I have 2 dead new coldwater reels that I bought for 2025 and I'm not a guide. Plus over the years I have a small collection of dead coldwater reels. I'm done and switching to Shimano, the line counters die quickly and recently the reels sound like they are falling apart internally. I would expect these to last at least 2 seasons instead of 2 months... ... show more
