My original wifi card would only connect to 2.4G freq and would top out at 75 Mbps. Now that I installed this card I can connect to both frequencies from our router and can now get the full speed of our service. Works perfectly!!

I had a terrible issue with my wifi card for a long time, this review is long overdue but the time has only convinced me of its benefits even more. My old ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DU was my main laptop and it had plenty of issues, but one of the most prominent ones was the wifi card. It would work and then suddenly stop detecting wifi connections nearby. I would have to restart the laptop or the drivers for it to fix itself, but it was an inconsistent solution. I sent it to be repaired, but never got a satisfying resolution due to the inconsistency of the issue. However, once I replaced the card with this one and installed the appropriate drivers, I was shocked to see the issue completely resolved and never had the issue again. It was surprisingly easy to replace the card and install the appropriate drivers, and I am sure most people could do it. I highly recommend this wifi card as a replacement for anyone facing similar issues with their laptop's wifi card or even if you want to secure having one as beneficial as this one. ... show more

Took advantage of upgrading the wifi card during SSD 128Gb to 1Tb upgrade. This card works well with the Dell xps 13 9350. Significant upgrade in wifi speed vs factory one. Key points: -Download drivers prior to changing card otherwise you will need another computer to download them - The 2 connectors on the card are a bit hard to click on due to tiny separation walls on each side of the connectors.
