I loved everything about these earbuds and the wireless charging case AT FIRST. Then suddenly the case couldn't be recharged so, of course, the earbuds couldn't be either. I thought maybe the cable had gone bad, so I bought a charging pad, but that didn't fix the problem. I am very disappointed!!! These were very gently handled, so the problem is in the internal workings of the case. - EDITED REVIEW - After writing the above review and submitting it, the company immediately contacted me through Amazon and gave me several suggestions that could possibly correct the problem I was having. They said they would replace the earbuds if the case still wouldn't charge after trying a few potential remedies. I had already tried most of the things that they suggested, but decided to retry everything. The case still wasn't charging and, of course, the display never came on. I had left the earbuds in the case when I was trying to charge the case and them. I took the earbuds out of the case that was still plugged in to just check them to see if maybe they had charged somehow. The second I took them out of the case, the display light came on and the case started to charge. After it charged, I put the earbuds in the case and they were charged!!! I don't know why this is the way I need to charge the case and earbuds now, but that is OK. Everything is working GREAT now. This is a wonderful company to reach out to me with suggestions that might correct the problem or a replacement if I still couldn't get the case to charge. I mainly use my earbuds for telephone purposes. I was skeptical about the big band that hooks around my ear, bc I wear my earbud on one ear all day, and I wasn't sure if they would wear comfortably. It took about fifteen minutes to get used to, and I was "HOOKED"! It is bigger than I'm used to, and very noticeable, (then again it could be a good thing, bc sometimes people think I'm talking to myself when in the public), but the performance with sound, "incoming call" warning, and total clarity, made me take a seat and give my review!!! So far, so clear!!! YESSSSS! The battery life on the first day had me checking my phone to make sure it was still on. I must admit, I woke up with my earbud still in my ear this morning, and that was a great sign of comfort. The last pair that I bought, from a different company, had my best friend complaining of hearing crickets chirping when I'd sit outside at night, and complained about how loud they were. You can hear the crickets? She'd also get upset when I'd cook, wash dishes, have my tv on with low volume, bc she heard every sound! I washed dishes last night with these on, and she didn't say a word about hearing me....so I'm thinking I've struck gold! Let me add that these earbuds do not have touch sensor, and I don't miss it! Sometimes with touch sensor, I can't answer my calls, nor hang them up, which gets annoying, especially when not near my phone. I'm not finding a flaw with my new earbuds, only good things to say! Also, they came with a Lifetime warranty!! These earbuds are new to me, and my earbuds are as important to me as my eyeglasses. I promise an update in 30 days. Stay tuned..... UPDATE: These earbuds are the BESTEST pair of earbuds, performance wise! Crystal clear sound, great bass, noise cancelling, and very clear calls, (especially with hearing the caller, and your background noises are blocked)! I could not keep them though, because I'm guessing my ears are too small for them!! In the beginning, they were very comfortable, and then pain started inside of my ear, where the earbud rested! BUMMER!!! I honestly kept hesitating to send them back, but I noticed that when wearing my glasses, or a hat when going out, they made my ear sore when touching the button, and I noticed a blister forming....OUCH! I am contacting the company for a different choice, maybe something smaller, that hooks over the ear bc I have no other complaints! I've even tried to wear the left ear while the right ear cleared up from the blister, but I felt the same thing starting to happen again. Hands down, I love these earbuds! I love these earbuds! I borrowed my husband's set of OKEEFE earbuds for a long overseas flight and was so impressed by their performance I bought a set for myself. They lasted the whole time without having to re-charge them. As soon as I pulled them out of the case both earbuds paired immediately to either my phone or the adapter I was using to connect to the flight tv. It's so nice not having to fiddle with pairing like I've had to do in the past with other brands of bluetooth earbuds. These earbuds also fit well and I have no worries of them falling off if I fall asleep on a flight. Also love that there was another color option than black too. I've waited a few weeks to review these earbuds so that I actually have a good feel for the product. They are very comfortable, especially while working out. The earbuds fit snugly and are fairly good at noise cancelling, though some ambient sound still seeps in. However, it is not enough to be distracting, and to be honest, I think that's a positive, as I like to be at least a bit aware of what's going on around me—like traffic or someone needing my attention. The pause / resume button on each earbud is effective, and I use earbuds solely for podcasts and audiobooks, but I have no reason to think the sound quality would lessen for music.
