This radiator is designed as a direct replacement for the factory unit, so the fitment was straightforward and dropped right in with no issues — even with my 3.3L engine. The aluminum core with plastic tanks seems well-made and we will see if it cam handle the Arizona summer. If your original radiator is leaking or overheating, this one does the job without breaking the bank. Highly recommend it as a solid, affordable replacement for your Sonata’s cooling.

May not be compatible with your Pilot. I bought replacement for 2004 Pilot. All fit is good EXCEPT coolant temperature sensor. If your pilot has the CTS that fits into the lower right corner then remove the plug and verify the fit. The thread size did not match the existing CTS on mine and the only fix I know of is to bypass the sensor so fan runs full time.

Came well packaged. Included a picture of my old radiator. Slight smudge of the fins on new unit, probably the shipper or delivery person. Doesn’t seem to affect the functionality or durability. I did the install myself and after two weeks no leaks. Did buy new hoses separately because my 2007 Camry is 18 years old and I felt better play it safe and replace hoses with oem Toyota ones. The only difference I spotted with this radiator was the foam on top the radiator is missing from this new unit unlike the oem. Doesn’t seem to make much difference though. I did notice some small whistling noise at 60mph or more but can’t definitively say it is due to the new radiator foam. Either way I’m happy with the product and think it’s a good value. Time will tell how long it lasts. Install was easy you can look up videos online if your not comfortable but relatively easy install.
