It took me a long time to choose an electric fire place because of size, height, and mostly the size of the actual fire area. I didn’t want it to have a small one because the look is different. This one is perfect. I couldn’t be happier with this one! It’s absolutely beautiful, packaged very carefully, high quality and very heavy. It took me a few hours to put it together, the directions are easy to read. I love it. Heats 2 bedrooms.

The product arrived in two very heavy boxes, and while some of the packaging was dented and torn, the items inside were thankfully undamaged. This is definitely a two-person job to carry indoors due to the weight. Assembly took me about four hours, and while I’m pretty handy, I still needed to take my time. I used basic hand tools and occasionally an impact screwdriver, which helped in certain areas. The fireplace itself looks amazing in my living room and has elevated the space. It makes my 60” TV look small, so now I’m considering upgrading to a 75” or larger! However, my expectations for the fireplace’s heating capacity might have been a bit unrealistic for the size of my space, as I overlooked the BTU rating. Overall, it’s a fantastic addition to my home, combining style and functionality. Highly recommend it for the aesthetic and entertainment value!

So far so good. It is an amazing and beautiful addition to my livingroom. My rating is due to the time it took to assemble. It did take several hours to put together. The directions state you only need a Phillips screwdriver, however with as many pieces, your hands will fall off. I suggest power drill with the screw head on it. But all in all very sturdy. The heat works pretty well, however the blower motor is not quiet. It's not extremely loud but noticeable. But after a bit, you can tune it out. The only issue I have had so far and I will be watching and update the review if it changes, is I hit the power button on the remote once and it went on and back off again. I had to wait about a min. Before it would come back on. User error or problem? We shall see.

I absolutely love this item. I don’t know how long it took to put together I just know I came home from work and was happy my husband had it completed. Great quality looks expensive. I like the way the wood has a glow like it’s really on fire. We are sporting the green right now due to the holiday season but the natural amber color is my favorite. All the colors are rich. I never purchased furniture on line so did lots of research and read lots of review before settling on this one. Got an EXCELLENT SALE price and arrived 1 day before scheduled. Well worth the stress waiting to see how this would play out.

This piece is absolutely beautiful! It's very solid, did take a little time to put together & needed to get more wood glue. The fire is very realistic looking & the colors are pretty. I would recommend this 100%. The heating unit is not loud & puts out heat.

Took my about 3 hours to assemble but it is fairly easy if you have basic skills. The instructions are good, mostly pictures, and easy to follow for the most part. The fireplace is great. I like the variable settings. The only negative I have is that the large holes located on the back wall of the cabinet are visible through the glass doors, but not really a big deal once you decide what you're going to put in there. I recommend this product.

It’s quite obvious those reviewing and complaining about assembly taking so long, are most likely your typical “beta” individual that can’t even change their own tires. It took about 2.5hrs start to finish with literally only a Phillips head on an impact drill and a Phillips screwdriver. Yea a little tedious, but what isn’t these days?!?! Directions were clear and concise. All parts included and all packed very well. Finished product looks exactly as advertised. The blower on the fireplace is awesome! LEDs are nice. Very happy with this purchase.
