This is a good unit for the money. Mine had no instruction manual in the box, perhaps returned and re-sold? The seller did provide a digital copy and it functions pretty well. It doesn't really meet the GPM spec at max temp but it does a nice job. Can't speak to longevity since I just got it. Seller gets top marks for assistance!

Our hot water tank sprung a leak and caused some damage before we saw it. I contacted a plumber friend for a quote for tankless and he said between $2500 - $3500. We’re older folks and we didn’t think the ROI warranted that kind of investment. We debated for several weeks before finally opting for this inexpensive one. Hubby fixed all the drywall and damaged wood and installed this purchase. Works like a charm and delivers as described. Much less expensive. We’re not big hot water users mostly just for dishes bathing in the winter time in the summer we shower outside. We have a propane hot on demand in the backyard and we love it out there.

So I installed this bad boy for my two washers an sink its great product so far does the job I would definitely buy another one if i needed too as long as it last a year ill be happy we will see Ps you will have pressure issues this unit reduces the pressure significantly

Replaced out natural gas water heater with this and it opened up bunch of space in the garage and seem to have lowered our gas bill as well.. Family of 4 (two adults and two kids) and a dog and so far this seems to have been a great investment. No difference on our end of heating water for showers or dish washing out gass bill that's usually right around $100 a month is now around $70- 80. We did have this professionally installed and as far as parts needed we were charged nothing extra as everything needed was included. Water temperature is comparable to before, everything works great and install was without issue. 5 star quality an exceptional value as this will pay for itself in the next several months.
