It came super quick 2 boxes came than 3 more came two days later I’m on the 3rd floor it was so easy to carry and assemble it came vacuum sealed it was really no assemble 😭 you literally pop it out the plastic & it starts to inflate It’s perfect for me & my boyfriend. The couch is HUGEEEE I was worried it would be small but nope it’s so big I had to take away one of my end tables & just keep one to make room for the couch. It was very wrinkled the first couple of days I did steam it. Everybody loves my couch so much they’re considering buying one! I debated on this couch for literally 4 months and finally did it. So far no regrets, shipping was super fast within a week it had arrived. The wrinkles for me mostly came out on their own. Super comfortable couch and it’s deep. If you’re looking for a firm couch this isn’t it. This is a cozy, deep and fluffy couch. I’ve fallen asleep on it twice by accident and have woken up with no back pain or nothing. It matches perfectly with my decor and wall color. I got the brown and it’s not too dark it’s a perfect balance of brown mocha. I am in love with it! Provides just enough seating without taking too much space in my small living room. No regrets so far. Side comment: some reviews said it doesn’t hold up well without being against a wall. Mine is inches away from the wall to not tug on the curtains. No issues so far whatsoever. Each person is different. This is the perfect lazy couch to watch movies on and be laid out on. Sitting on the edge your weight will cause you to sink closer to the floor so not good support while putting shoes on- it’s a boneless couch be realistic. It’s a beautiful couch, very comfortable. Low to the ground if that’s your preference.PLEASE HAVE A STEAMER OR IRON. It comes very wrinkled and the heat loosens up the fabric . Great purchase! Thick, good quality . Comfy to sleep on! And doesn’t take up too much space

Couch arrived quickly, easy to open/set Up, super comfy and way bigger than I expected. It’s a couch in a box so you can’t sit on the armrests or edges without it sinking in but if you are purchasing a fully foam couch I feel this is to be expected. It’s so comfortable and it took less than 72 hours for me for it to expand fully with no wrinkles. It’s so sturdy it doesn’t feel like a boneless couch. Opened the box and the bags holding the couch in them and *pop* out they came with nothing for me to assemble !SUPER FUN! Definitely happy I bought this instead of paying 1000 for two cushioned couch. I also very much like that I can lift it with one hand and vacuum right under the couch without breaking my back or setting a date on when I need to move everything to vacuum. This product is nothing like the photos. It is small, low to the floor, very creased and smells bad. It is almost impossible for an adult or teen to sit on this "sofa" because it is so low and soft. You sink right down and are unable to stand up. The product is also very creased and has a toxic smell to it. My product arrived in 5 large boxes that are heavy. The seller has refused to issue pre-paid return shipping labels. Assuming I would be able to get these boxes to the Post Office, the estimated cost to ship them back is over $500. I contacted Amazon over 10 days ago and so far they have done nothing. They say it is a third party seller and does not come from them. We are still waiting for Amazon and I will update later if something changes. ... show more

This is a very nice sectional, very comfy, more in the plush side exactly what I was looking for. I got in brown and it’s true to the color of the picture, the fabric looks and feels of good quality. Each piece is delivered separately, air compressed so it would be out of shape and wrinkled. You’d need to fluff each pillow a bit to help get the form and I used a steamer to get the wrinkles out although the manual says it might take 7 days to do it on its own but I didn’t wanna wait. The couch it’s feels comfortable however after only 10/15 minutes of sitting on it you are extremely sunken in and it’s uncomfortable. Disappointed with how much I spent on it to not want to use it. Would not buy again!
