    • Hydrophobic, easy to clean, and stylish
I was a little suspicious of this brand at first since it seems to only sell on Amazon, but after setting it up and owning it for a few weeks, I have to say I'm impressed! Pros: * The cushions repel water as if they were hydrophobic, and can be sat on the next day without issue. * The cushions are relatively firm and supportive * The colors are bright and have maintained well for a month in full weather conditions * Unlike most other patio couches that seem to be made for very short/tiny people, this set is actually quite tall at the back and will easily support high enough to be comfortable. * Super easy to set up! The couch comes in seat-sized pieces that you drop the cushions on, and snap together on the bottom with a few clips. Cons: * The resin wicker is a bit cheap. I do not know how long the "wicker" will last. * A little pricey, especially considering there's quite a few other cheaper alternatives available, but their cushions may not be as water repellent or durable? * Although construction was in the pros, I will have to mention the final part of assembly (the clips) are a little annoying. You will need to really force them on to snap them into place, and it can feel like you're applying too much force sometimes. * Hot hot hot!!!!! The darker wicker gets quite hot in the full summer sun in southern states. I hope this doesn't seriously degrade the life of the product, but what I can say is it can be uncomfortably hot to rest your hands on. Thankfully only the corner pieces suffer this with their arm rests. Total product rating: 8/10 stars. Would be 9/10 with thicker resin wicker, and 10/10 if there was some sort of very thin cushion on the corner piece arm rests (The wicker gets hot!!!) ... show more

This furniture is absolutely fantastic. It came in 4 separate boxes and all pieces are completely assembled. I have been looking at patio furniture and reading reviews for over a year and finally took a chance on this set. I have ZERO complaints. I ordered the gray cushions because of being outside and was worried it would be too much gray. It is just enough contrast to the color of the furniture to make it look really sharp, and I added some color with a few throw pillows (which aren't in the pic). My husband and I are about 6' tall and the height of the set is comfortable (not too low) and the back, although low, is not uncomfortable at all (I was concerned about both). We have had numerous visitors including neighbors comment how great it looks and how comfortable it is. I do take in the cushions every night because I don't want them getting overly dirty or rained on, and I have yet to see how they withstand the Florida sunshine, but so far so good and I highly recommend! It does come with a cover which I need to give a try. I was also worried it might be too big or bulky for our small patio around the pool area but it isn't at all. You can see in the pic the small space we have and it fits just perfect. I will warn you that the order said it would ship in 10 days but it shipped well before that. I didn't get much warning that the delivery driver was on his way either. Luckily my husband works from home but otherwise it could have been a problem. They don't call to schedule a day/time to deliver. They call to say "see you in 30 min". ... show more

- Delivery was on time with a phone call like 4 days or so before the delivery to confirm details. - Assembly took about several minutes. Assembly was quicker then unpacking, because all items are already pre-built, so you just put them together. - Quality is really good. I love the color I chose. Material looks and feels premium and leaves overall great impression. Super comfortable. - Why 4 stars? One of pillows seems to be made a little incorrectly, so it is always tilted in. Just received my 7 piece turquoise deck set last week and I love it. I paid a few extra bucks for the Sunbrella seats. As I was taking in the cushions from a sudden summer sprinkle I noticed water beads up on them which is great. I invested in a deck box to fit these cushions: if you're spending the money, invest in the product and you'll get more out of it. The cushions are 25X25X about 3 inches thick (and there's 6 of them, plus the backs. I just ordered the Suncast Wicker Resin Deck Box: 134 gallon should fit the bottom cushions, I will keep you posted. So far so good. Oh, and one of the backs of the chairs was bent on delivery, Ohana's excellent customer service responded immediately sending another chair (haven't gotten it yet but they said they sent it). I took a start off for the cover. It's not tight enough and lacks the ability to lock down so I am sure once the winter winds pick up I'll have to get creative to keep this thing from becoming a sail. UPDATE: New chair arrived--all is well with the world however, I now feel the cover is a waste. It would be drastically improved with an elastic sewed into the lining to prevent it from blowing off. Today I woke up to the cover blown off the chairs and pools of water on it. Luckily I removed the cushions and put them in the new Suncast deck box before the rain came. Now I have to drape the cover and let IT dry. Oh well. I still love the set but will have to figure out a way to prevent it from blowing off the chairs. Excellent product! UPDATE: 3 years later, still stays dry inside, still looks brand new. Great buy. ... show more

    • A Couple Oddities... Very low backs

It's a beautiful patio set and mostly comfortable with the exception of the really short back support section. The build quality is excellent. Welded frame doesn't seem like it's going to fail. One oddity that we've observed with our set is that it is setting off our dog's Invisible Fence collar. I have no idea why it would do that... I've tried the collar in the exact same spot without the furniture in the way and the collar is completely silent. It seems to be caused by the frame specifically. I really don't understand how it could give off the proper frequency to trigger the collar. I'll update this review if I'm able to figure this out. ... show more
