This is a good Gaming chair and is comfortable for the most part but along side with a few issues in the overall chair quality and durability. 1) Chair gas cylinder wares out pretty much within 4 months so ordering that part only cost about $15.00 to $30.00 and easy to get it swapped out. 2) The backrest which is the only downside to the comfort level due to the two metal rods that are not insulated or wrapped so people spines don't constantly rub or press on the two metal rods that is located above the two orange markers I have placed to show the two rods location so this chair does come with the back massager so I'd suggest people to keep it on to get the maximum comfort out of the chair. But other than that this chair has been pretty much good other than the two issues that I have come across which are easy to maintain in a sense. ... show more

Overall I bought this chair for my twitch channel my viewers enjoy the chair and so do I, but I wish you guys would tweak the chair some, 1: little more padding on the arm supports and 2: there is no loctite on the included hardware bolts 3: I would like to see a better padding but I am happy that you can replace it if you choose to since it’s has Velcro on it and the back support has zippers on it so that is a plus. Also the RGB on it I like it they are super bright but not in your face bright, there are tons of animations on the lights I would like know what type of strips they used in it. ... show more

This chair is awesome! The lighting effect are plentiful. The back lumbar support actually helped with the pain I was having in my back and something to also note is that is back a little Motor in it for a vibrating function which feels very nice on the back. One thing I have to point out also is that their custom support is incredible. I received parts that looked like they were used before. Emailed the company and the next day they already had new replacement parts shipped out free of charge. The chair looks great and I use a power bank to power the lights. Though, one downside to the chair is that after a month or so of use the memory foam that you sit on has completely formed to my bottom and is not plushy anymore. But for the value for the money you can't complain with a nice looking chair like this. In the future I will be replacing the foam used to sit on ... show more

The chair is wonderful. I would consider getting a proper gel seat cushion for any non gel chair because even after a week there was a noticeable difference in the cushion but I am over 200lbs and I was spending over 16 hours a day in this chair. The LEDS are bright and beautiful and there are so many settings. When I received my chair there was a defect In the LEDS but they quickly shipped out another one at no cost to me. If I can grant any advice please pay attention to the Dimentions, the seat can be narrow if you've got junk in the trunk. but like I said before I bought a gel cushion for this which pushed me over those bars and really made this chair amazing for it's pricepoint. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It's a cool concept and a pretty good value for the money! However, part of the chair doesn't light up fresh out of the box and after assembly. I received it on the 25th, put it together yesterday, plugged it in today, and it doesn't light up in one section. Messaged the sellers for responsiveness so we will see how it goes! Overall, the chair is semi-rigid but comfortable enough. The color is black and the pillows are optional. The lights have an auto-cycle feature which is cool. It took me about 45 min to assemble by myself. :) EDIT: The sellers are sending a replacement part for the dead side. Very responsive! The chair works after the replacement part was installed. :) A+ service! ... show more

Chair is quite nice, comes in all separate pieces with extra screws. Everything is done with an allenwrench provided. HOWEVER the bottom half and left side do not light up as intended. Chair is quite comfy and is able to be adjusted in many ways. If the lights worked, chair is 4/5 stars from first 2 hours of use. Extremely disappointed. UPDATE1: Seller was reached and a new chair was delivered the following week. Took some elbow grease to get a new one from them but but all good in the end. New chair works great minus one light (compared to previous chair I’m willing to take this and run). Biggest negative was how difficult it was to get a working chair to me. ... show more
