"YES" it makes my fine, straight shoulder length hair a bit wavy & that only happens if I'm out in the rain! I bought it for the mousse factor so the wavy locks are a bonus for me. And to be fair, the bad reviews for damaged products, broken caps, etc are clearly seller, shipping & packaging issues & do NOT reflect poor product or brand quality. I love this product because it hydrates, defines and gives me frizz free curls without weighing down my hair. The product feels smooth and cream like on my hand. When applied to my hair it smoothes it out and smells amazing.

love this - need only apply after washing hair and then every other day. In between days just add water (spray) as lasts with just a freshen up. curls are great and frizz kept to a minimum. Can now embrace my curls, rather than trying to tame them!

I love this but my bottle came defective. The nozzle is incredibly hard to push out product but I will say that the product itself is fantastic I use it for a more loose holding curl (your curls but better while still keeping the softness)

I have naturally curly hair. But I live where the humidity is high. It turns my hair into fuzz. But Coconut curls keeps.the fuzz away.

Smells great, provides nice and light hold. Doesn’t leave flakes when it dries which is a super plus. I use it instead of gel for ballet buns.

I have long naturally curly hair and it did not help with curls and occasional frizziness. Herbal Essence for curls worked better for me than this product. I do like their line of Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner.

    • Makes my hair "crunchy" and stiff
I have pretty curly hair and it isn't very long. But when using this, my hair gets sort of sticky/crunchy. It's a weird feeling, and if you try to manipulate it at all to deal with the stiffness, it makes (at least my) hair very frizzy/poofy.
