This is my first large heat press. I have used a cricut mini but needed something larger but was hesitant to spend the money. So far the press has worked fine and results for t-shirts much better then mini press. The unit turns on and then off briefly after plugging in. I contacted customer service who was quick to respond. They requested a video which I sent in and they assured me it was working fine. I used infusiable markers (for first time) covered with butcher paper and design did bleed through to plate. I have not used alcohol to try and clean yet. It has not transferred to other surfaces luckily. My only complaint is wish the timer button was located slightly differently. I have accidentally turned it on more then once.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I reached out to customer service and the got back to me very quickly. Apparently the issue i have is very rare, and they are sending me a new machine. Very good customer service. I was so excited when i bought this because i've been wanting a heat press for a while but didnt want to spend the money on a cricut heat press. Everything works fine with it as far as doing what it needs to do. But as you can see in the video once the machine is on, i press the power button and it doesnt turn off, am i supposed to let it cool first? I had to unplug it for it to turn off.

It comes in handy for a quick press I don't think the heat is distributed properly but I am going to confirm that and come back and recant my review if that is the case I do love how convenient it is it does its job however you may have to let it sit a little longer in some cases but not all it's worth the money and does what it's supposed to do
