I was hesitant to buy it cause it's one of the cheaper models in the die cutting series but it's a great machine and cuts very nice, even intricate dies as you can see in the photos. The media could not be loaded. This machine is super easy to use. Like seriously you can't mess it up. It embosses beautifully, and it cuts very sharp also. I bought random brands for the embossing folders and die cuts and they all work well. I noticed that I don't need to use the assistance sheet, but I guess that depends on the type of paper you are using. I have used different weights of cardstock and they all work well. I never record videos for reviews, but I did it because I was hesitant to buy this machine since it didn't have any reviews, and after I took the chance to get, it totally met my expectations and I just wanted to encourage other people to buy as well. This machine was a little tricky at first because the sandwich making directions were a little off. I had to figure out the correct order before I was able to get it to work.

Die cutting machines use plexiglass plates to cut paper with metal dies. These plates get marred after not very long from the metal dies leaving etch marks on the surfaces and eventually they will need replacing. When I wrote the company they apparently didn't understand that the plexiglass plates shipped with the machine would wear out and they don't provide replacement plates.
