My cat is 26. She is very picky and will only eat food with chicken flavor and the kibble pieces can't be to big. The size of the kibble is a small heart shape. It is easy for her to chew. And I love it has no artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors. She has had no health issues eating this food. She likes this so I will continue to buy it.

Happy Kitties && Less Puking!

I have 4 cats. My oldest is 8, second oldest is about to be 2, and my girls are also going on a year and half. They LOVE this brand. I bought it because my fat black cat was getting extremely sick over the cheap food my parents used to feed him—9 lives. I switched to this brand && they LOVE it. It doesn’t stink, it’s small size bites so my girl cats devour it much easier, they love the taste of this flavor & the salmon one. They go crazy for the wet or dry food of this brand. Although I do wish they’d sell a 7lb bag for 15$.. the price isn’t too bad.. but when you have 4 cats that eat this like crazy… the price may be an issue. The color is fresh, and tan colored, if it doesn’t look like that then it’s old or it’s a fake. The bag is resealable, easy to open and use, it’s pretty durable but my cats can and will attempt to get into the bag. Other than that it’s really good and I’ve been on this food since last year

My cats' favorite food

I love how small the kibble pieces are. It doesn't feel oily either. It doesn't smell bad, it doesn't feel bad. It looks nice. My cats will literally beg me for this food. If their food bowls are even slightly empty they start crying to me and leading me to their bowls because they want more kibble. They free feed and even if they won't immediately eat it when the bowl is full they can not stand the idea of that bowl being empty. This is literally they're favorite food. I have to buy several bags a month just to make them happy. The small bags are really easy to pour too. I like that they seal shut again to preserve the freshness. I also wanted to point out that literally after the first few feedings my cats became a lot shinier and softer compared to when I was feeding them pure balance. The hunger strikes immediately stopped they literally tried to tear this bag open before I could even pour it the first time I introduced it to them. I could barely even get this food into a bowl for them they went ballistic. They became a chorus of little maos and literally harmonized at me for this. They acted like I had opened a can of wet food for this. THEY NEVER DO THAT FOR DRY FOOD OK. I was shook. I'd never seen them react like this to a dry food brand before. Ever since that day i've just been buying this brand of food. It's just easier to deal with in the long run. Not only that but they're barfing way less now. The other brands of food I guess randomly changed the recipe because suddenly my cats would start barfing the food up and hunger striking. I went through so many different brands, Taste of the Wild, Kirkland, Chewy's brand, Rachel Ray, Pure Balance. They'd eat it for a little while then suddenly they'd all start getting sick or having diarhea and hunger striking. This food however we've had zero problems with it. No kitty runs, no upset tummies. I barely had to do any transitional because they took to it so well to the point they would literally leave the pure balance behind in the bowl and only eat the new kibble which was the I and Love and You brand. While I wish there were more flavor options they absolutely love this chicken flavor! I plan to keep buying this for as long as I can. As long as the recipe stays the same my cats will likely be pretty happy with it. I'm pretty sure if I changed brands my cats would likely beat me up for the insurance money to buy more of this food.

This is my 3rd bag of I and Love and You cat food. My two cats like the chicken and duck flavor right from the beginning which surprised me because they are so picky. I do have one complaint (why I gave a 4 star rating) the seal on the bag needs to be improved. It tears away from the bag right from the beginning.

I AND LOVE AND YOU brand foods saved my cast life. Bold statement but 100% true. First let me say something about THIS flavor. Our two cats think its a treat, not their daily kibble. We free feed. theres always food and water down and they eat when they want to. when I saw the Chicken and Duck flavor I bought it quick because they love duck. When it came I wanted to see if they would like it so I put about 4 pieces each on the floor, like I do their treats, and they gobbled it up. Then the next day at treat time I had forgotten that we didnt have any and the delivery weasnt until next week, so I tried to see if they would be happy with the duck. yes! they ate iut like their treats. Now we have tried this with the other flavor but they wont eat it if its ttreat time _ yes they are spoiled. So for the week that we waitied on the treats we gave them this flavor as a treat and didnt introduce it to their dily food bowl. when the treats came they turned theirnose up at them and wouldnt eat them. put down a few of this food and yes they gobbled it up. so we now use this flavore as treats and the other flavors as their free feed. They also have 1/2 can each of this brands wet food. They are 100% IALAY cats- now for the explanation of my first statement- if your bored andinterested or are having kitty medical issues. Our cat is a medical issue all on her own. She has ran up so many thousands in vet bills over the years that we could have most likely ran a shelter on the funds. but we love her. 2 years ago she started having diarrhea and going outside the box (only on carpeted areas-Grrr) we couldnt figure out why. over the two years she had 12 vet visits, hundreds of tests, so many prescription foods, medications, and "training" items that we were thinking maybe it was just nearing her time to go. The vets were at a loss, no medical issues showed up in any tests- medical/allergy/etc- The vet simply said "hen they get older this starts to happen because theier systems simply stop working. He recommended to stop her suffering. But we said we would deal with it and let her live out her life. I was in Walmart one day and saw "Tummy" treats by IALAY. I bought them to try one more thing. I noticed after the first one she had a little more solid poo! but then it never got any better but i did only giveit to her every other day for a week. then i found their food and noticed when she ate it she was a little better so I told husband to ONLY give her that for a few weeks. well that was over a year ago and she hasnt had issues as long as she doesnt eat anything but that brand.
