"I am very upset with this delivery. The box arrived open and some pieces were missing, as indicated on the box. Honestly, it looks second-hand. The pulley tension screw was missing, and therefore nothing works."

I got this roller for my Creality Falcon II laser engraver. The roller assembly is solid and is easy to adjust. The entire device is simple in design, so I don't have any concern with its ease of operation. I plan to engrave items such as pens and this roller offers a large enough width adjustment to handle most typical round items I would choose to engrave. I have yet to set it up, but I'm confident it will perfectly integrate with my machine and the Lightburn software I use to engrave with.
