This product does not work at all. I have tried many ways to fix it and nothing will work. My cups come out with swiggley lines and now the rotary will not even move. I have tried to contact some one and I cannot find anyone to contact about the issues. Now I can't get my money back because i've had it for over 30 days. Waste of your money.

I finally had time to test this out and watched several videos online about how to set it up and what settings to use with my laser, etc. My biggest issue is the adapter cable. Be very careful and slowly plug this in on both ends. Pins are small and can very easily bend and then you are really in for a mess. The main issue and it is clearly a MFG issue is where it plugs into the device. It's a straight plug and there is very little room to plug it in. It should have been set as a 90 degree angle instead of underneath it. I have big fingers and its awkward trying to get it plugged in without bending a pin or breaking the plastic. So take it slow and make sure it is aligned up correctly before pushing I will add a picture. Other than that this would have 5 stars. An excellent addition to my Creality Falcon2 Pro UPDATE: Dropped one star--After testing it out, I went to go engrave a small mug. Well I can't turn this around 360 degrees. I mean it will not turn a full rotation because the mug handle hits the bottom. There is not much space or height on the base of this to accommodate anything with a handle. The full circumference of the mug is 5" I hope Creality fixes this on a future model. Maybe I have to take the brackets off and make an adjustment? It would be allot easier if the base had an extra inch or so. 2" is allot!! ;-)
