I was going to return this chair. Everything was great on it but my feet couldn’t reach the floor! 5’4” tall. I decided to relook at taking the casters off (wheels for us plain folk) and when I saw how low it would go I thought maybe I didn’t put it on the lowest setting. But guess what?! The casters have to really be popped on- I mean they’re shouldn’t be a space at all between the wheel and the part it attaches it. And voila - my feet are on the floor!! So you folks that suffer from the same issue- check the casters and make sure they are all the way in!! —Happy customer—

It’s a good chair and fairly easy to put together. Only suggestions lingers screws to make it easier to line up arm rests to back of seat. Also, my legs are too short so my feet don’t quite touch the floor. But that’s not the chair’s fault.

I'm 4'10 and this chair is the perfect size for my back, I switched from a gaming chair with a really tall back to this one and the difference in comfort is huuuge. My neck and lower back are supported and the seat is super soft too. I sometimes spend hours gaming and I stay pretty comfortable in this chair, but i feel over time the seat may get less soft which is my only complaint. I'd definitely recommend this chair to anyone whether you're short or tall, it's a great chair especially for the price

So, first, the assembly was not ideal. The threads on one of armrest holes was not machined well so that screw did not seat very well at all. But once assembled, it is a very comfortable chair. It does sit up a bit higher than I like but that was solved by taking off the wheels, which works perfectly, as the armrests raise up so getting out of the chair without wheels is perfect. Beyond these small work arounds, I like it very well and it looks very nice

This chair is well built and was easy to put together. It’s comfortable to sit on for long periods of time for someone with chronic back pain. The initial gas lift was defective, but I contacted customer service without issue and they promptly sent me a replacement. The chair is perfect now.

Using this chair in my home office, both as a desk chair and also lounge/reading chair. While the tilt feature feels a bit tight (doesn't seem uncommon for brand new chairs, will hopefully loosen up the more I use it), it's otherwise really really great. A beautiful piece of furniture, and you can tell it's well-made. Ease of assembly was excellent, directions were clear. I'm extremely happy with the final product. One thing worth mentioning: I'm 5'9, and I do have longer legs than most (require purchasing 'Long' inseams), and at the chair's lowest setting, my feet do hit the floor just fine. However, my wife is 5'4 and her feet do not reach the floor. For an office chair to support you fully, you really should have your feet resting on the floor with your knees at a 90 degree angle; folks shorter than 5'9 might want to reconsider, depending on their needs.

I love this chair! The only probably I have with it is that part of the seat arrived with a large rip in it. Luckily, the part that is ripped faces inward so it's hidden. Feels very comfortable. Looks very nice and expensive. It's great!
