The media could not be loaded. Poorly designed. Supposed to be for tall/large people like myself, but arm rests are more for short person (see pic). There is a cool feature with back headrest that adjusts. However, this one is broken and does not stay up. If you watch my video, the headrest is supposed to stay locked, but I can easily push it down/pull it up. Overall design seems very cheap and I have strong feeling this chair will break in a few years. I don’t get the warranties because they are mostly scams to get you to spend more money. My last chair’s warranty from Amazon didn’t pay for squat.

Chair is perfect! It was very easy to assemble. It has the right amount of cushion without being soft and flimsy. The adjustable positions make it easy to be comfortable anywhere you sit. My sons love these chairs for their desks as they are at their computers for long periods of time doing homework or playing their games. They love being able to recline when relaxing and the back support when doing their homework. Simple black works with all color schemes so it doesn't look out of place.

I take its price into account, so I say it's a comfortably acceptable desk chair. I replaced an old creaking one. This lacks certain features, like stopping how far back it can lean. If I go all the way, it feels I will fall over. My old one could be set to stop before it's lean limit. Also, the headrest is not really good, not bad, but it's flat and it's unnatural even if you extend it up. There's a good reason why many chairs have a headrest that comes forward a bit, not be flat with the chair's back. But, I have sat on this chair for 8+ hours on several days and it doesn't hurt while seating or after I get up. I've had this chair for a month, so the question is how long will it keep it cushion.... (I'll update if it becomes uncomfortable in a year or so). There's minimal noise level yet, some coming from the padding of the seat, armrests, and back. But it's the noise that's not annoying like from a wood or metal creak. It was very easy to put together. I appreciated the "T" hex wrench instead of the cheap torture hex you usually get with other products that need assembly. The chair overall feels sturdy for a 6 foot guy. Plenty of seat room too. Lumbar support is OK if I sit all the way in, but then I'm tall, for smaller persons who want to have their feet touch the floor and have to sit further out, the back support may not be adequate. There are no adjustment. Same with the armrests. I like that they're attached to the back panel; they can be lifted up so the chair can slide under a desk when not in use. Oh, do yourself a favor and get a set of roller-blade type coasters (the bigger the better). I transferred them from my old chair. They make a big difference how a chair is used. Most of the coaster, even with more expensive chairs, are a struggle to move.

I absolutely love this ergonomic leather office chair! It’s perfect for my home office setup and makes long work hours so much more comfortable. The lumbar support and adjustable headrest provide excellent posture alignment, and the armrests feel sturdy and well-designed. The rocking function adds a nice touch for short breaks. This chair makes all kinds of noise when moving in it. All the bolts are as tight as they can go and it still feels like the chair has loose components. I would send it back but I already got rid of the box. Definitely would not recommend

UPDATE 12/1/2025 The seller reached out to me via Amazon email after I requested a return - they read my review and wanted to make it right. They immediately send me a brand new chair back via FedEx and I received in within 2 days. I am happy to say that the misaligned screw hole was a 1-off and the new back is perfect. and no rips/tears in the fabric. Updating this to 4 stars from 1 since the seller made it right without any hassle or problem. Keeping this chair and hoping to get a lot of use out of it. I wanted to like this chair. I really did. It looked like an updated version on an ikea chair I bought several years ago. Unfortunately that’s where the similarities ended. The “split base tube” ends with plastic caps 3 of 5 were broken. While they appear cosmetic I continued on building the chair. I removed the back of the chair to find that the leatherette was torn (the box had no issues) so it must have come from the factory that way. And to cap it off I was assembling the back and arms and the very last screw (isn’t it always the last screw?) would not insert into the hole in the back panel. Upon inspection it appears that the hole and screw installation point were installed sideways so there is no way to put in the final and fourth screw holding the back panel on The chair itself is good weight and stable but it needs to go back due to the qa and packaging issues. Disappointed but not surprised.
