The media could not be loaded. I've used the chair for two days and find it very ergonomic. The headrest is integrated with the backrest, giving it a nice look, and it supports my neck well. The material is soft but supportive. The backrest is made of two pieces, which surprised me, but it provides good support in different positions without needing to adjust it constantly. The steel legs are very sturdy and high-quality. Overall, I highly recommend this chair for its price.

I am tall, and prefer to have a headrest I can lean my head back against. However, most tall office chairs either have a top section that's way too far back to be comfortable, or the headrest is super flimsy. This one looked to solve both problems - the "headrest" is really just part of the main chair so won't be separate and thus weak, and, it appeared to be roughly as tall in total as a normal tall chair with a headrest. Unfortunately, neither is quite accurate. While indeed being taller than most chairs, this one is still slightly shorter than other tall chair/headrest combinations, and thus just a bit too short. The headrest section, like the chair back, is also just cloth mesh that isn't particularly strong or supportive. Assembly is similar to most other office chairs of this type, and the instruction sheet is excellent. But the design was poor, and getting the screws properly aligned to hold the back onto the arms was nearly impossible - I think I probably stripped one of them. :-( The arms do not fold up and down, which makes the structure of the chair stronger but reduces its flexibility. Probably the best feature of this chair is one I didn't even note at first - it has a very pronounced and spring-loaded lumbar roll. If you are having back problems, you should definitely take a look at this; I consider that feature to be excellent, the best I've found in an office chair. On the other hand, one particularly disappointing feature is that, while it is possible to lock the chair from reclining, there is only one lock position, and that's too far forward for me. Many similar chairs have several lock location options so you can be more likely to find one that's comfortable. For a tall office chair, this one is quite affordable, and the quality is generally decent, so this isn't a bad bargain. Perhaps I'm just feeling sad because it wasn't all I'd hoped it would be. I see other reviewers are very happy with how comfortable it is, and I can totally understand that due to the lumbar roll, so if you are not particularly tall and/or don't much care about the headrest, you should definitely consider this. I haven't decided yet whether this is better, all things considered, than my previous chair.

Gave this chair a try due to the mesh back and wanting a chair that kept me cooler when I have to sit for long stretches. This one is fine, though not amazing. Very limited in terms of options for tilt adjustment and support. I'd say it works best for those that are in and out of their chair frequently, or do not stay seated for extended periods of time.

The media could not be loaded. This chair is, by far, the most comfortable computer chair I’ve ever tried. The lumbar support is AMAZING. The independent plastic support is superior to the usual pillow on most chairs. I’m 5’4” and the back is taller than I am when seated. The headrest is comfy, the netted material is relaxing and even the non-padded armrests are shaped perfectly for comfort. It sounds so silly, but the first time I sat on it, I was speechless for a minute. I was just expecting an average chair to sit in while homeschooling the kids. I wanted to be able to move around easily and I wanted the chair to blend in with our neutral/white decor. I wasn’t thinking about comfort or lumbar support at all. But now I can’t imagine going back to normal dining chairs or desk chairs. The chair is so much more than I expected—I completely recommend it. I’m hoping it withstands the test of time because it is literally my favorite chair in my 12 years of homeschooling!!!

I have to say this is the most comfortable chair I have ever used. It's lightweight and the back support is fantastic. You can lean back a little so you can avoid the feeling of being stuck in a flat back chair. The cushion is thick and very comfortable, I really like this chair and other people who have sat in it have said the same thing to me ...... This is the most comfortable chair.
