The product description for this computer says that it has WIFi. The computer we received does not have a wifi card or an antenna. Instead, there was an incredibly cheap, no name, USB wifi dongle in a plastic baggie thrown into the box. Not only that, but the baggie also had a driver CD in it thatis required to use it.... on this computer that doesn't have a drive to put a CD into. Even if I was able to get drivers for this piece of junk, I would never consider leaving this thing in use on a computer that's going to be used in a business. It wouldn't be a matter o "if" but "WHEN" it would fail. The whole reason for paying the extra cost of ordering a Dell model with wifi included is to get a quality wifi card that is going to be reliable and last. When this part dies, it's not going to be covered under the Dell warranty. ... show more

The advertised 3 Year OEM warranty is not the case I love these Dell Micro PCs. I highly recommend them but this seller is selling with a warranty that is partially used up. I purchased on 5/11/2024. Dell says that the warranty actually began on 5/2/2023. I would not purchase from this seller if you want a actual 3 year warranty. ... show more

This came with a mini CD and a USB wifi drive, not a built in one. You have to use another computer to copy the CD to a USB drive, then use that USB drive to install the wifi. Weird.

First the PC comes with a USB cheap wifi adapter, not built-in like the original. The wireless is much slower. Took a couple of minutes just to download the Chrome which normally takes a few second. Since they are using cheaper parts, so everything just seems to be slower. I have purchased many original Dell in the past, this is not Dell.
