This is really a rather lovely resistance bands set. I brought Friday and it came on Sunday. The delivery is very fast and the package is packed well. I cannot wait to open the package!!! The resistance bands have 5 tube bands and 4 loop bands. Each band is labeled with its corresponding weight equivalent. This is really a nice touch especially when logging in your workouts. The 5 tube bands are: yellow- 5 lbs., blue- 10 lbs., green- 15 lbs., black- 20 lbs., red- 25 lbs., with total resistance weight of 75 Lbs. Thus you can adjust the intensity of your bands to suit personal goals of different weight. The 4 loop bands are easy and convenient to keep with. There is the carry bag and exercise guidance, thus you can put the bands together and can do exercise and gym with the bands everywhere, at home, at the park, at gym, etc. At last, the door strap, very thick and I feel safe when using the bands. Everything fits so perfect together Very heavy duty not just foam like the other brands but rather plastic with a foam grip. The bands are actually challenging love that it comes with the accessories helps to be able to do full body workouts. I bought this set over another brand because of the inclusion of the loop bands. Two weeks into using it, the resistance bands are great, really versatile. The handles and straps are thin and light but I have no performance or quality concerns with them. The loops are disappointing, they have a very small circumference and the material is very thin - when using on my legs they roll, pinch and do not stay in place. Would only suggest their use for arms. Also, the bag is handy for traveling to and from the gym - though I wish it were a drawstring backpack. I'm going to buy another set of loops elsewhere but overall this is a great set.

I love these bands after a few weeks of using them! I'm a beginner user so I don't know how long they will last but they seem well made for the long haul. The price was good too! Everything in the box was delivered as promised on time. I haven't used the ankle straps yet but I'm confident they are good quality as well. I'm very cautious with their use because I've read about them breaking and injuring people during use so I check them periodically. I believe breakage can happen with any brand just because of the nature of the bands in general. My only complaint is that the loop bands set don't come with a 10lb or 25lb band. I have to jump from 5lbs to 15lbs & 20lbs to 30lbs. As a newbie,I don't know if this is common or just this brand. I guess I could use the longer, open bands for the 10lbs & 25lbs exercises with modifications or search online for individual loop bands. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with the product. I will update if necessary.

UPDATED 3/16/21 - After owning these bands for three years (and probably not using them at all for the past 4-6 months) I recently got these back out to start getting in shape for the summer. Just a handful of minutes into my workout, my 15 pound band snapped. I was a little disgruntled but figured "oh I have other weights, so I'll just switch". Wouldn't you know that another couple minutes passed and this band snapped too. Then one more band a few minutes later! So ultimately I'm dropping down to a 3-star review because these bands clearly dry out if they're not being used. They're not expensive by any means, but I would have hoped I could have continued using them for five or more years. I just ordered these resistance bands about a month ago and have been so pleased with them! I live in New York City where gym memberships are exorbitant and it can often feel like a huge waste of money if/when you aren’t able to go often (around the holidays for example). Now I have the gym at the tip of my fingers any time I’m at home...even if I’m traveling! I’ve found that you can use the bands in a variety of ways to workout different muscle groups. On top of the door allows you to workout chest, back, triceps, and abs. Under the door allows you to workout biceps and legs. Then you can loop them under a chair to workout shoulders! I feel like there is still so much I can continue to learn. The best part though, something I hadn’t even realized before buying, is that you can combine numerous bands to really work up the weight. So you honestly have up to 75 pounds of resistance!!! I have yet to use the small resistance “loop” bands. These appear to be good quality but I have yet to test them.

My fiancé loves these bands and says they take a pretty good pull/flex per weight ratio. He doesn’t feel like they are going to snap or break when using like some others have done. Good quality overall.
