The tea kettle worked amazing to heat up water for coffee in the morning which we used the cups that were provided and they made great serving sizes. Doesn’t get too hot. Pans worked great as well. We purchased this for our very first camping/backpacking trip. Mainly we are boiling water for our camping meals, and it did that perfectly. The burner unit with it's built in igniter took a few tries at first. There was a point of just enough fuel flow that would ignite the burner. It took some practice, but we got it. We may pair it down to just the larger pot and kettle based on the meals we may prepare in the future. My wife used the smaller pan to eat out of. It's hard to pack up, so pay attention as to how you take the kit apart. The insulated cups were great for our morning coffee, and our evening Fireball. This cook set would be great for a two person multi night camp, and is plenty small enough to take in your backpack. Lightweight hikers could easily take it down to a cup, the burner, the kettle, and maybe the utensils. Otherwise the whole kit has value. Measurement markings would be great in the kettle as a future improvement.

Convince in a cheap camping kit. Nest together in a drawstring mesh bag. Camp stove works great. Cookware set does not clean easily. Good starter set if you don’t mind soaking and scrubbing the pot/pan when you get home from your trip.

This fit right into my pack perfectly, had no problems with cleaning the pieces after using them, very durable, held the heat very well. Was easy handling. The way to keep your gear is to pay attention to what your doing, and not have the flames up on high to include stoves. Have fun

We haven't had it long, but we like it so far. Nice and light pot and pan. Kettle is nice for hot chocolate. The stove works well at low altitudes, but haven't tried at higher altitudes ( if you are new to camp stoves, altitudes and very low temps can make some stoves very slow to heat things). If you're hiking the Appalachian Trail, you might need to test this stove first. If you need a hiking stove for local waterfall searching or geocaching, this will work great.

I recently purchased this mess kit for a future camping trip for my wife and I. The cookware and accessories look and appear to be of good quality. M complaint is that the camp stove which we will need to boil water is damaged. One of the swivel feet that the pot actually sits on will not stay upright. So I only have 3 odd points to try and balance a pot of water on. Hopefully this quality control issue will be resolved and I can change my review to more stars.

Easy to carry in your backpack and good to have for brakes when hunting or hiking to warm up your food or to make your self a coffee. One of the best purchases for me personally.
