When they say "buttery soft", they MEAN buttery soft. They are super comfy and the length is perfect for me. I ordered the 21 inch. I am 5'8. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is because everything sticks to the fabric and I have cats, so you know what that means. Other than that, they are perfect!!
