This little pc is incedible. I got this thing to put a computer at the tv in the living room. So i could stream stuff and possibly do some light gaming. I downloaded steam and play cod black ops the og cause thats my fav. Game on almost max setting running 1440p just fine and also played some tekken 7 on ultra settings getting 50 to 60 fps. I did have the wifi issues ive heard a few people talk about. But then i ran a ethernet cable and that fixed the issue. I LOVE this little BEAST!!!. I use it make invoices for my job as well. I got a little case for it and now i bring it all over the place jist like a laptop. Also picked up a usbc 14 inch screen and i run it all off this with no other wires to the monitor. I have a few recently built gaming pc's bit with how easy this thing is to just grab and go and it not weigh 60 lbs. I love it!! ... show more

Bought this mini PC for the value, and the specs are hard to beat for the price, especially with the current promo. Ryzen 7 (7840HS), 32GB RAM, and 1TB storage at this cost is better than most of the more established brands (about $100 less than other established brands). Setup was easy. I did a clean Windows 11 install with no driver issues, and both WiFi and Ethernet connected right away. System has been stable so far with no crashes or glitches (6 hours of run time so far). Performance is solid. It handles everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and office work without any slowdown, and it can run light games just fine. Build quality feels good. The case is sturdy, and the design is simple and clean. Overall, I would recommend it if you are looking for a mini PC with strong specs. It is a newer brand, so long term reliability is still something to watch, but first impressions are very positive. ... show more

Never got it to stay up and running for more than a few hours at a time at most. Mouse stuttered and system froze up requiring shut down power. Windows Black screen and auto reboots. Sometimes into BIOS where BIOS reported no SSD drive. When it was running it was great but nothing I could do to prevent it from crashing. Was promising but became disappointing. ... show more

I am very impressed with the Origimagic A1 mini pc after the first week. My buddy recommended the brand to me so I decided to give them a shot as I was in the market. I was looking for something that was mobile, easy to setup, and could still play games with but wouldn't break the budget. Safe to say it has been worthwhile and I am very happy with my purchase. While I did end up re-imaging the pc myself, I was pleasantly surprised with the provided image. There was basically no bloatware installed, unlike what I have seen with some of the other major brands. I did notice you will most likely have to update windows if you keep the stock image (mine needed updates), but that would be true with almost any PC I got. I found it thoughtful that they provided a tip on the packaging to avoid the Windows update process during setup by waiting to connect ethernet/wifi until after. I decided to play a game of league of legends to test out the performance; Settings defaulted to high, noticed no frame drops during team fights, and this was with a 27' monitor running 144Hz. There was no noticeable noise and it was only slightly warm to the touch after the game. Here is the exact monitor model I have for reference: Manufacturer - LG Ultragear Model - 27GR75Q Specs - 2560 x 1440, 165 Hz, 1ms response time Something that unexpectedly impressed me was the build quality given the price point. As somebody who has been the go-to guy for building and spec'ing out custom PC's in my friend group, I have seen a lot of different parts with vastly different build qualities. I would compare the quality to an OptiPlex model from Dell, just with a lower price point. If you look at Dell's offering, like the Dell OptiPlex 7020 micro, they are charging $720 for some similar hardware. To summarize, if you are looking for a PC that is versatile, packs some punch when gaming, and has a decent price point with a good build quality; This is a perfect choice. Great little mini-PC. Fast for the price point. Good graphics for a mini. HOWEVER, the wi-fi card is very cheap and faulty. I have to reset the system 3-4 times a day in order for it to reconnect. Great bang for your buck if you get it for the price I paid for it! This PC is more than enough for everyday use. Very easy to setup just plug a few things in and boot it up. It will probably take about around 1 hour to download system updates. It is very compact and seems to be pretty high quality it’s not some little plastic toy. It has plenty of fast USB ports, more than enough for me. The system even runs some pretty high powered games like Fortnite. I went into the system bios and allocated more RAM to the graphics card for higher powered games to play at full potential. While playing games at full potential be sure to keep the unit clear of surroundings so you don’t block the fans that keep the GPU and the CPU cool. Both the GPU and CPU run at around 75 degrees celsius during heavy gaming and the fan speed and noise of the fan get much louder. I gave the Mini PC 5 stars because it’s a decent mini PC but the only thing I don’t like is how Amazon has been playing games with the price and fluctuating it every few days. I purchased the system at $439 a few days later for Cyber Monday it went down to $429 and then they shot it all the way up to $569. I believe it’s a great value around $430 and would absolutely not buy it for $569. That’s highway robbery and price gouging around the holidays. ... show more
