Had to contact the sell to have the device activated had some issues at first which turnt out to be with the usb cable i was using had to puchase a brand new type c to type c cable followed instruction and was able to unlock device with a single click of the mouse instructions were pretty straight foward ... show more

Bought this USB stick, came with no manual, no support, no readme file. Plugged in my computer once, installed what it told me too. Hasn't unlocked any FRP on any phones. Couldn't communicate with anything. Even bought an octoplus oem UART cable for additional $26.00... still nothing. Wiped entire hard drives, reinstalled Windows 10 pro, put USB stick back in. And now it's blank. Says unknown smart card... So now I have an expensive usb Microsoft smart card reader with an unknown smart card... Highly pissed off with my purchase. Requested a replacement or refund. Will keep up to date on how this plays out... Seller got back to me and said download from these 3 links and everything will work perfect... Here's more on how more perfect, it didn't go... How can it register the device if the usb is blank??? I WANT A REFUND, YOUR PRODUCT SUCKS!! ... show more

I was having problems setting this up on my PC. I contacted the seller and was given the official website to download the software. I had to look up additional steps but eventually got it going. Now, i bought this to unlock google account lock on multiple tablets i had. I wish this had instructions. I have spent a couple of weeks searching and testing and i am finally glad to say that i have finally figured out how to use it. It has worked so far to unlock the tablets i have, but definitely do not recommend this to any one who wants this to work out of the box. I have made a tutorial on how to use this dongle. Dont waste your money on this product. Terrible customer support. You have to spend more money for services that dont even work. Its a joke. Save yourself the hassle and buy something that actually works.
