I just started kayaking, and love this paddle! It is a great value having a carbon fiber shaft. My husband did not want me buying a paddle with an aluminum shaft (he was thinking electric storms and lightning). It is well-made, light weight, and smooth in the water. I researched many paddles and this one always seemed to make it to the top of my list. The reviews on many sites were always positive and it was on several "Top Paddle" lists from independent surveys. I certainly did not want to pay $200 for a paddle right now, but I wanted a good quality paddle, and I found it with Oceanbroad. You will be happy with this purchase.

I ordered the cheapest carbon fiber paddle and strangely it feels better than my high dollar one. It feels really sturdy, doesn't flex much and it looks pretty cool! Just got done using it. Glad I bought 2!

This product is a great value compared to other brands of the same quality. I am new to kayaking but these paddles constructed and engineered well. Very light weight making it easier to paddle. The design of the paddle itself being made of fiberglass I believe, has a little bend which I think is intended but not enough to hinder your stroke. The ability to offset the paddles -/+ 60 degrees along with being able to separate it makes it more convenient to travel with as well. I would recommend this to anybody who is new or even an experienced in kayaking

These are great. I am a small woman. My Husband picked these out knowing I could not handle a heavy paddle. We have paddled around a 100 acre lake. It was fun. No blisters I didn't hate the paddles because they were heavy or unbalanced. They are balanced. I'm not an expert at using a kayak its just for fun to pass the time. Great Paddles. We are careful with them because they are light.

First of all, I am fairly new to kayaking. I haven't owned my own set up till now. My experience is limited to half a dozen outings on cheap equipment. Now that I have invested in my own kayak, I wanted to purchase good gear at reasonable prices. Enter Oceanbroad Kayak Paddle. This is a carbon fiber paddle, lightweight and priced within my budget. It is a definite improvement over the "included paddle" that some kayaks come with. I am well pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to others that are looking for a paddle in this price range.
