So update on this ear bud review...The company reached out and offered us a full refund. We ended up ordering the newer version of these ear buds because my husband liked the other pair so much. I love dealing with companies with great customer service like this! They could have just taken our money and that was that. Nice to see a company actually care about their customers experience! Bought these in April 2025. My husband loves them but unfortunately this morning the charging pin came out and fell into the case and he can’t get it out without breaking the whole charging case open. Without the pin he can’t charge the earbuds in the case. Overview – Long lasting, good sound, good mic, wireless charging, everything I’m looking for and no downside. Background – I wear earbuds almost all day, whether I’m listening to audio books, podcasts, or calling into work meetings. I wanted something that clipped over-the-ear instead of just sticking in place because I sometimes wear them while mountain biking, and I’m worried they’ll fall out and get lost/broken. I wanted wireless charging and a long battery life. Pros – Always works. I’ve had this product a few years now (on a 2nd pair) and never needed to replace it due to a functionality issue. (I lost one ear bud when I dropped the case. Thus the “2nd pair”). Feels comfortable enough to wear all day Battery lasts 6-8 hours of constant use. Case recharges them very quickly. Case charger uses USB C and can also be charged wirelessly. I love this combo because in the past the charger port is usually the failure point on my devices, and USB C or wireless seem to be the best solution. Sound is good. I can’t say I’m an expert on sound quality for music, etc. But for meetings and speech, I have no issues. Others can also hear me clearly when I talk, which has been an issue with other devices. Cons – It’s a small con, but I wish the case snapped shut or was held together slightly better. Everytime the case drops to the floor, you can just count on the earbuds popping out. I don’t think these are overpriced, but there are much lower cost options if those meet your needs. Final Thoughts – These are my go-to ear buds if I ever need to replace, them I’ll re-order the same product. ... show more

Okay well, to start, these are such a pretty color. The pink is a very true pink color (not too orange and not too purple) which may not seem significant, but to fellow pink girlies, you definitely get it. I was a little skeptical getting these because, as a big-eared girl, I really thought there was no such thing as something that would stay on my ears aside from headphones. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the arms on these isn't a wire bone arm that stays in whatever position you put it in. I find adjusters like that wear over time and aren't effective in the long run. This arm is all silicon and will pull back into place, creating a nice grip on the back of the ear. Next, I just want to take a moment to appreciate the complexity of the case. The earbuds are lightly magnetized and will snap into place in the case meaning you're less likely to accidentally drop them when placing them back after use. Also, the LED battery display is so nice and useful. I haven't had a chance to wear these out or to the gym yet so I can't speak on their long-term comfort yet but I will say that sound quality is about what you'd expect from this price range. It's not amazing but it's not horrible. It gets the job done. I also haven't tested the phone calling feature yet but maybe I will update my review in the future to add all of my input on those topics. Conclusion: These are definitely worth it! I would even go as far as to say their initial impression is better than that of Airpods or Bose earbuds (for the price discrepancy.) ... show more

These are perfect if regular ear buds don't stay in your ears. I have had no problems with these been buying for a couple years. Soft, no smell, stay in place, always connect, good volume. Rebuy them when I lose them or my dog gets ahold of them.

If I recommend anything, buy these headphones, they charge fast, are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, stay in during work outs, survive a freakin beating, and it took about two years and falling on concrete a million times before my first pair died
