This is part one of a product and customer service review. My Oasis walker arrived from Amazon two days ago. It was easy to assemble even without the excellent assembly guide. My wife has used the same Oasis walker for years with no problems. But my walker arrived with a minor misalignment of the mainframe, and I emailed the company immediately. The next day, I received a courteous and encouraging response from Betty at Oasis Customer Service, and she requested details and photos. I complied and received another email from Betty on the same day. Unfortunately, the parts I needed were out of stock. Nevertheless, Betty said that Oasis is sending an alternate solution to solve my walker's problem, and she thanked me for my cooperation and patience. I am happy to have that kind of customer service within 48 hours of initiating repairs to anything these days! And based on that excellent customer service, I am confident that I will be pleased with the company's solution to this problem. I will complete part two of this review immediately after receiving the replacement item that Oasis has shipped, and I am one satisfied customer at this point! PART TWO!!! BETTY AT OASIS COMPACT FOLDING WALKERS SENT ME A COMPLETE NEW WALKER! I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE SPEED AND COURTEOUS HANDLING OF THIS PROBLEM. This is not a sturdy walker; after1 month of use it is wobbly and useless (not safe). The user is about 120 lbs didn't use it often, mostly inside. I would not recommend it unless you want to waste your money.
